A room with a view You would never guess the hotel actually exists from the outside. There is scaffolding all around it and surroundings but seems that they either runout of money or the workers are on strike. If you do not mind the obstructed view and the feel of abandonment look, the hotel has its good side. The outdoor pool is huge, the water warm, due to the temperature outside, also there is an indoor pool, kind of cold but I assume that in the winter the water must be heated. Great gym, has a sauna. The room at the Club Lounge floor ( Club lounge open but serves to nothing apparently). The breakfast was nice and is served in a very sad and poorly lit restaurant.... felt like eating and run. The another advantage is very close to a nice park and tons of restaurants around the stadium...luckily there were no events. The price seemed reasonable at about 100 euros a night. They must provide more outlets in the room. I had to disconnect lamps to plug my phones and computers. From the looks of the buildings surrounding the hotel, all in scaffoldings.... it may be years away before completion. If you are in Tirana during the hot months, a pool is a MUST. As someone else said in their review, there seems to be more employees than guests.... it soothes me

Could be so much bettet The staff were all very good, so no complaints at all with them. The hotel is covered in scaffolding, so you don't get a great view, and lots of building work is going on, but it didn't affect us, apart from the scaffolding. The hotel provides a kettle in your room, but not coffee and milk. Never mind, we had booked a gold room we thought, so entrance to the club lounge, for coffee, tea and soft drinks. unfortunately this week it wasn't available, use for private party. The fridge in the room actually made things in it warmer....? Breakfast on our first morning was nearly empty, with 2 hours left, I asked a the egg chef if they had any croissants/pastries, and he disappeared never to return, a waiter went to find out and came back with the answer, nothing was being restocked. The gym was excellent, but it's also for use for non residents, as is the superb outside pool, but at the weekend all sunbeds were took (by the outside guests I'm sure) And as we were in the pool on Monday, the girl came out and said it was closing for a private party, we mentioned we were guests that had booked the hotel and the pool was a big reason for that, she shrugged and said it was a late decision? Excellent national park behind the hotel with bars and restaurants and other attractions, and very safe to walk around. I will definitely return to Tirana, but not to this hotel (Photos of breakfast provided)

Disappointing overall to be honest We arrived sat night to the hotel covered in scaffolding. Hotel receptionist provided us with room card, no explanation of where anything was other than where breakfast was. Breakfast was average, first morning 8 30am no pastries left, open till 10 30 and they couldn't replace them. We were on 5th floor. Apparently we could have access to club lounge but whilst we were there this was not available, due to private functions. Hotel info in room was poor. We had to explore hotel ourselves to find out where pool was which was lovely except when told they had a private function 6pm Monday and as guests the mgr wanted us to move which we declined and asked to see him. We were told we could stay but would need to move to the other end of pool.area Tirana itself very busy. The national park situated behind hotel is a real hidden gem and was the highlight alongside the food and value for money outside of this hotel. To be honest I did expect more from this hotel. Quite disappointing.

Not a 5 star experience Lovely bed & black out curtains, quite a variety for breakfast HOWEVER ….. prearranged shuttle didn’t arrive & when we rang the provided number no one could help ….. fridge in room doesn’t work, wifi doesn’t work much, spa in pool doesn’t work, tour info & massage not available on weekends, bar staff & doormen extremely unenthusiastic (all busy sitting around & watching their phones & avoiding eye contact). We did have one lovely receptionist who was very helpful & a very lovely room cleaning lady.

Building Site The hotel is open whilst undergoing major reconstruction. It is surrounded by scaffolding and the view from our suite was a building site. The benefits of which ensure you will be woken up before 8am on a Sunday morning. Apart from the Finnish U21 football team the hotel was virtually empty. The hotel suite was a good size but rather tired and only had one plug to use. Advertised Tea and Coffee making facilities were not in the room but had to be requested and then they claimed they had run out of tea bags and had no milk. Rather couldnt be bothered as there was loads at the breakfast bar so we just helped ourselves. Due to the low occupancy there seemed to be more staff than guests. Hopefully in a year or two when the refurbishment is completed the hotel will be better however at the moment it is a little tired and lacking style. From a positive view the hotel is in a good location however there must be better options in Tirana.
