A lot of COVID changes The room was ready and sparkling clean The pool had lots of bugs in it and when we asked the front desk to turn the pool pump on they did not we cleaned it ourselves. No one told us that the room is not cleaned daily pee the COVID restrictions to having housekeeping enter a room other than to prepare it for you and preparing it after you leave. We were not told about this and we’re shocked to see the beds unmade and towels still wet and when we told the desk they told us to put trash cans and used towels in the hall. We did get a bag filled with clean towels. The breakfast was simple but sufficient.

Good location, average accommodations The location of the hotel is good especially if you are visiting the space center. What I did not like is that I did not get the room I reserved (I did the reservation through bookings.com and, as I later found out, it was up to the hotel to assign the room). The room was clean, but the one we stayed in # 127 was right across the door that lead to the staircase and it was very noisy, even at night and early morning (every time somebody opened the door, we could not really get a good night sleep). The staff was friendly and the grab-to-go breakfast was decent.

Close to KSC We stayed here one night for a visit to Kennedy Space Center the next day. Our king size room was clean and comfortable. We didn't eat breakfast here. There is a nearby McDonald's if you prefer. It is a short and easy drive to Kennedy Space Center.

No Housekeeping The hotel room was a good size and clean when we arrived. However, we were never told that there are no housekeepers on staff. Our room will not be serviced for our entite stay. We can call daily for sheets and toiletry, but nothing else. For a long stay, not having the room cleaned is definitely a negative. If you are considering staying at this location, please be aware. I wish we would have been notified ahead of time.

Good location and clean The hotel was very clean and had taken appropriate measures to keep its guests safe and informed of the requirements due to COVID. Breakfast was very limited but that is in direct correlation to the measures the hotel needed to take. We only stayed the night and did not use the rest of the facilities but everything we did encounter was very good. I was able to check-in on my phone which is a good feature to have. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our air conditioner was super cold which you need in Florida and the parking was ample. It was located close to many restaurants making it easy to find a place for everyone.
