Excellent Stay in Toledo My wife and I were visiting her aunt in Toledo and stayed at the Courtyard Hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel was really good for visiting my wife's aunt. Our room was wonderful and very confortable.

Excellent Service. Clean Rooms. Newer Hotel. We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel is about two years old and looks as if it were brand new. We constantly saw housekeeping cleaning the main areas; I've never seen a hotel being cleaned as much as I did at this property. You can connect to their TVs via your smartphone (kind of like Apple TV which was a nice feature to stream from our iPad.) The furniture is updated and modern. The front desk staff was amazing and even gave us free coffee a few times. There are cool booths in the lobby with private TVs, perfecting for working outside of your room. There is also a really nice outdoor patio area with a fire pit, which is nice for working outside during the day or relaxing with a drink in the evening. There is a Whole Foods Market literally next door and multiple restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend this hotel, and definitely stay here again.

Broken Shower, No Resolution Bad experience overall. Checked in and took a swim but shower is broken, sliding glass door almost fallen off the slide and on us. Called down front desk but was placed on hold. No one got back with a result. Went to front desk and no new room for us. Can’t do anything and have to call Marriott customer service to resolve issue.

Perfect location Stayed for the Glass City half marathon. Perfect location. Secor is a pretty busy road where this hotel is located, but we walked to the bakery, dinner, etc., from our hotel and did not take the car. Lots of stores close enough to walk without having to cross the busy road. Staff was super friendly. Lobby was clean. Our room was ready right on time. Room was very clean. Only “negative” was the fridge was not very cold- had a weird setting that did 2 hours on and 8 off- but kept it closed and our food was fine. Breakfast is not included, there is a bar area that does have cash-bar drinks in the evening. Hotel did provide morning coffee free for the runners which was nice. Breakfast to go bags were $6- included a bottle of water, a banana, a small yogurt- it said a granola bar too, but I didn’t see one in the bag. They also had muffins and breakfast sandwiches for sale, we did not purchase any. We had brought our own food so we were fine. We were on the first floor- which was actually very quiet, beds were super comfy. Pillows were a little mushy but that’s a preference thing too- there were plenty of pillows to double up. Plenty of parking.
