Worst Hotel Ever! Bring your own pillows as they only had 2 flat pillows. They do not have a fitted sheet but instead a flat sheet, tucked under the mattress. Then they have a hospital throw blanket only, so bring blankets if you get cold easily. The amenities say we are supposed to have a mini-fridge but it looks like it was removed. It also said there is room service but they don’t offer that. The phone doesn’t even work. Housekeeping came in and only made the bed, with our personal blanket. They didn’t empty the trash, but they moved our personal stuff around and then took the TV remote. If you get hurt you are SOL because they do not have any first aid kits. The front door to the building is supposed to be key access only but it doesn’t lock. There is no noise control as people will blast their music during all hours of the night. The signs where everything is located are incorrect. Worst hotel ever!!

If you like to be surrounded by hookers and like sleeping on semen stains this is the place for you! Me and my girlfriend stayed here for one night after seeing a concert at the venue across the street. When we arrived the parking lot was infested with prostitution! It made me and my girlfriend very uneasy and uncomfortable. Once we entered our room the blankets were encrusted with semen. Safe to say we slept with no sheets or blankets. When we were departing our famously terrible experience we were met by 3 of Tolleson’s finest and once they realized we weren’t doing anything wrong or illegal they were back to waiting for these prostitutes to finish up there business. Safe to say that I will NEVER stay here again.

YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND NO MATTER WHAT Do not stay here. My husband stayed for business and they have no refund policy no matter what. If anything is wrong, manager will not give you your money back. Not only is it dirty and poor quality, but the manager does not care about customers and is only in it for the statistics and money. Very poor hospitality, they should not be in business. The hotel staff is very understanding and compassionate, however, manager seems like a real POS. DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very pleased with overall stay Everyone was always available for questions or anything i needed I stayed for a total of about a week and a half and I had no complaints floors were clean rooms were clean everytime I went somewhere there was room keepers in the hallways cleaning sweeping and vacuuming and asking if I needed towels or anything for my room. Priscilla at the front desk was Exceptionally magnificent great customer service and swapped out keys as I needed or any other requests no issues… if your looking for a nice cheap place this is the spot don’t listen to these other reviews people come here and expect a 5 star hotel paying less than $100 a night obviously you all are in the wrong place .. but for a quick cheap in and out hotel stay this is your place 5 stars in my behalf! DO NOT STAY HERE! We got here and it was late at night because we couldn’t find anywhere else that was not over like 200$, It was about 2am and there was people just roaming around the hotel. when we got to our room there was a dead roach on the floor and the bed sheets smelt awful! When I went to take a shower there was like blood on the curtains? and over all the whole place is sketchy. The whole place smelt like weed. Don’t book here Terrible Experience Never again!
