Wonderful Place to Stay I selected this hotel for a family visit, and loved it so much I had to come back. The staff are wonderful and very helpful; the rooms are very comfortable and offer all the desired amenities; the breakfast is ample and quite delicious (it's given me quite the craving for waffles since my first trip). All in all, I couldn't be happier. I love how pet-friendly they are, too. While some might consider that a deterrent, I have met a great deal of furry friends and enjoyed the encounters. Kathryn (Catherine? Not sure on spelling) at the front desk helped me repeatedly during my stay; Alondra in the breakfast crew was very sweet, and Ja (again, not sure on spelling, but seems to be pronounced like the word "yay"), also on the breakfast crew, was helpful on many occasions, and always smiling and kind. Honestly, by far the best staff I've ever encountered at a hotel (and I've experienced far more than most people do in a lifetime), right down to the cleaning crew (the young lady who came to refresh my linens and such was very kind and patient with me). I wish I'd gotten a pic of the cute little flower that was made out of the toilet paper roll; I almost didn't want to use it! I highly recommend this place to anyone if you're staying in the area. It's in a prime location, and truly just a wonderful experience overall.

Comfortable Stay in Tomball In town for business. Hilton hotels are always my first choice. Convenient location off of the expressway for my needs. However rooms facing the road are noisy from traffic. Room laid out nicely, bed comfortable with plenty of pillows. Hotel, room and decor have seen better days. Excellent staff!

Amazing hotel, safe area Wonderful caring staff, rooms were clean, spacious, had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee, safe area, great breakfast, tea and coffee all day. Pet friendly, has dog treats . Diane Garcia is amazing and takes care of her clients . She is the reason we keep coming back.

Wonderful! I have stayed at this property many times over the years and it never disappoints. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond to do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. Keep up the good work!

Best hotel This hotel continues to exceed expectations! The front desk and all the staff go above and beyond. The hotel is clean, all of it. Rooms, common areas, breakfast area. There is always coffee available as well as tea and hot chocolate. Bottled waters given upon arrival. Rooms are spacious. Everyone is so helpful and just thrilled you are there.
