nasty Staff booked my 84 year old mother-in-law here to stay at for her husband‘s funeral. her name was on the reservation and I had already paid for it yet. They insisted that I have to be there to check her in because I use my credit card I had to drive over to the hotel to check her in and then they insisted she has to pay $100 in cash for the security deposit, now we have to go to the bank and get $100. I booked her three separate reservations because she didn’t know how many days she was going to stay. when we first checked in They said it would be fine and she could keep her room yet they made her come and check out and check in all three times. when I called back to find out who the owner was, they refused to tell me when I said I would like to make a complaint. She then started arguing with me over the phone and yelling that she has everything on camera. Nasty people at the front desk she would not let me talk, she just started screaming at me over the phone until I hung up. Do not stay at this hotel unless you want to be harassed.

Dirty room with toe nail clippings on floor and Manger disrespectful Do not ever go there. The room was dirty...I complained after I got home and the manager told me I should have complained while I was there. Busy doing an event and did not have time...She hung up on me....Reservations were messed up...On my credit card I got 4 different charges for 4 different amounts with only staying at the hotel for 2 nights. I called the manager and she hung up on me...The others that stayed at the hotel all had the same issues...I repeat..DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!

Okay I guess Certainly doesn’t look like a new hotel. You can see the seems in the walls and where everything doesn’t quite match up (like a wall to the bathroom counter). The beds look clean, just the rooms look like they need an upgrade. I don’t want o sit in a stained chair. Pool is still closed too. No breakfast again so until the regular amenities are restored I’ll stay elsewhere. Of course once someone leaves they may not ever come back if they find something they like.

Comfortable Hotel Stayed for 1 night while visiting family in the area. Check in was quick and smooth. Nice to have a room on the main floor. Room was clean and everything in good shape. Only negative was the paltry breakfast offerings -- tangerines and bananas and some oatmeal. Would stay again and would also recommend.

Not a New Hotel. TripAdvisor should change their summary of this property. Hotel is old and in in very poor condition. In our first room nothing worked. Tried to get on the internet, but couldn’t. Tried to call front desk, but phone was dead. Walked down to front desk and told person at desk that phone didn’t work. She said “huh”. Told her couldn’t connect to wifi. She picked up her phone, looked at the screen and said “I’m on. Try the one with the underscore”. We finally gave up and went out to dinner. When we came back found out the tv didn’t work. When I went to desk and told the same person about that, she said “that’s odd.” Got a new room. Tv and phone worked, but wifi only connected sporadically. Only needed their phone to call desk and ask for towels, but saved me walking down to front desk a few times. Found out over our five night stay, that there was no maid service, unless you specifically asked for it. And even after you asked for it, you didn’t get it. Did get fresh towels, but had to ask for them every day. There were literally holes in the carpet. Wallpaper was peeling everywhere. Room keys failed twice and had to be updated to enter room, my soon to be favorite desk clerk told me at check in that they still had free breakfast, “but it was nothing to write home about”. Have to give her points for honesty, but she actually was overselling it. The staff people were all friendly, but generally ineffective. Stay somewhere else.
