Web site says "restaurant available for breakfast" but there IS NONE Their web site states: "Offering a restaurant for Breakfast service only" * IN FACT, not only is there NO restaurant, but, they refused to adjust our bill when booking in to allow for this. Actually, they were exceptionally rude about it. "Your account has already been charged..." blah blah blah. * The mattress was soft. * A door (locked) could make two rooms adjoining. When other guests checked into this room, we could hear EVERYTHING they said. There were many vacant rooms so there was no need for them to run the guests together so closely.

Comfortable, reliable hotel My husband and I stayed recently at this Ramada. We were looking for a quick getaway down the shore. We didn't want to spend too much, and it is reasonable to stay here. Since we were there only three nights, we did not want maid service. However, we did put our trash cans in the hallway to be emptied and called the front desk around 2:00 p.m. to ask that this be done. Unfortunately, even though housekeeping was still working on other floors, this was not done until the next morning. I think they need to improve on this. While we were there, we enjoyed the outside pool. The hot tub was broken one day, but fixed during our second day there, so we used that too. I would recommend to the Manager and this hotel chain that they key card the pool. The reason is that I'm pretty certain people were sneaking into the pool who were not guests of the hotel and using the pool and the towels. On the positive side, we were surprised to find a refrigerator in our standard king room, which was a nice amenity. If you're looking for a place that's nice enough and not expensive, you will probably be happy here if you can overlook the things mentioned above.

Moldy shower, bloody mattress Our first room had broken air conditioning, mold coming out of the showerhead, and a bloody handprint on the very, very stained mattress . The second room they offered us wouldn’t let us get in as the doorhandle was broken. The third one they tried to give us was 88° with broken air-conditioning and just fans. Keep in mind this is July. We ended up going back to the original room for the evening and our daughter had to spend the night and one of her friends rooms. The next day they were able to fix the door handle on the second room and we ended up taking that room which was fine. However, it took until midnight the night before to even get us back in our first room and we were exhausted. I would never, ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Other customers also had issues with air-conditioning and rooms that smelled. The exterior door to the building where our room was was broken and often jammed so you could not open it to get outside, a fire hazard.

Ramada is a garbage hotel They’re closing in September so all they care about is milking as much money from customers as they can and skimping on everything. Strands of hair in the tub. Expired food/drinks in the vending machines.
