Good experience We stayed in Best Western Primrose a year ago.Located in the heart of Toronto the Hotel did not disappoint us.The manager was kind enough to install a microwave in our room as I happen to mention that we may need something to warm some milk since we were travelling with children,A great gesture on part of management. The concierge desk was very helpful. We loved the morning buffet as great hot breakfast was served.Overall a great experience as the hotel was well connected. We were able to board the hop on hop off bus and bus stop was just 5 min.walk from here.We could stay late for a movie in the square and walked down to the hotel easily.Great place!

Decent hotel but needs to work on its soundproofing... Fairly nice hotel in a good location close to U of T. They were also able to store my luggage during the day, which was very helpful. Nice big room, with a surprise kitchenette that would have been nice if I had been there for a longer stay (I was there only one night). The definite downfall was the thinness of the walls. I was in a room that adjoined another, and I could hear EVERYTHING my next door neighbour was saying and doing on Facetime with her boyfriend (including arguing, crying, etc.), until well past midnight.

Pictures Deceiving I booked the hotel for a Joyce Meyer Conference for me and my daughter for the weekend a week pr two before the event. The rates seemed great, the pics looked awesome of the rooms and pool etc. When we got there the room was tiny, the hotel was under renovations so we listened to loud machinery for hours the first day there and then we went to go for a swim and the pool was awfully small too and there were no towels. Anyways, i would never go back there again or recommend it to anyone.

Shockingly bad service. Hotel was closing and did not communicate - happy to leave us homeless as we could only stay one of our four planned nights. Never experienced such bad service ... The manager didn't care. Place was a building site and had serious questionable practices. Fire alarm constantly going off.

City-hotel The price-performance-ratio is OK, parking in the hotel-garage is a bit expensive, but there are not many other possibilities. Due to the location we could visit the whole town by foot. We had a room at the 19th floor and thus could see the CN-tower.
