Not what I expected, but Ok. We stayed at the Chelsea Hotel because of a video review and had high expectations. it was ok, but not what we expected. Kids zone was probably the best of it. Rooms are dated and overpriced for what you are paying for. Good space, but expected more for the value. In general ok hotel. Good space and little extra if you have kids. Otherwise, I would stay in a different hotel if just me and my wife.

Recent stay Was a good place to hang out hat, didn’t care for the area as we found it fairly transient but overall a nice place to be: don’t think a bottle of water or a cup of fruit should be $7 however

Hotel Quality I like that fact that it was quiet and close to many amenities. I do wish the check in time was earlier and the check out time was the same as the check in time. so it is exactly a 24 hour period.

could be better my boyfriend and I stayed because his mother was in the hospital. Anyways, we got a Hospital deal for this hotel. The lobby of the hotel was excellent and clean, friendly staff. But when I got to the room, there was scuffed up furniture. The bed was smaller than I expected The bathroom was really small and it smelled like pee. I took up bath and used their cleansing products and the shampoo didn’t even soap up in my hair, Which didn’t clean my hair. Later we went to the pool, The pool water Felt very light and clean, which was a plus. Unfortunately, I found a few dead bugs and some hair on the pool deck. Breakfast wasn’t included. It cost 30 bucks All you can eat. We didn’t Eat there for breakfast. Oh, and when we got back, we had dinner at the restaurant and And we kept getting looked at from the waiter, Feeling like we were being rushed and felt uncomfortable. wasn’t impressed. sadly, I didn’t think about taking photos of what I seen that was wrong in the room.

Chelsea Great location and excellent staff. who doesnt like a hotel with a starbucks and market place. The beds were comfortabactually . And it was actually quiet
