My Experience Stayed at the hotel August 2020, had issues with my reservation made through booking.com. Immediately both the hotel and booking.com staff worked to resolve the situation. Both teams were so amazing and the hotel staff and managers on site definitely made my experience a memorable one. I am going back again to enjoy this spot. Micele R

It's a Holiday Inn....bit dated and no free parking I must say that while I appreciate what is there it is pretty bland beige room and dated, I don't understand why this is rated so high? It would be wonderful if free parking was included and it just seemed dark. A renovation/ update would be wonderful,though appreciate what is there. It's a holiday inn...enough said.

JR DeSousa A truly great place to stay wether you already live here or are coming to visit Toronto. This is a large hotel with a dedicated team of individuals that keep the facility looking and running great . Holiday inn Yorkdale is steps away from Yorkdale shopping center and the 401 series highway which makes this spot a great access point to get to everything you would want to visit while in Toronto and GTA. The food is absolutely amazing thanks to a great culinary team that takes pride in every last detail , even down to the level of crispiness they make their croissants . You would think they have a magic oven or something ! I will definitely be coming back .

Excellent staff, outstanding food and service Don’t let the outside of the building fool you, this Holiday Inn is a hidden gem. I came to Toronto for extended business during COVID-19 and the staff made my long stay away from my family stress free and comfortable. Most notably, the head Chef Kalvin Keigher poured his heart and soul into the food. Kalvin’s chef skills are truly top quality. Not only did he provide a delicious and varied menu but he catered to the needs of the visitors. Chef Kalvin is not just a talented chef. Chef Kalvin engaged the guests and could always be counted on for discussions around cooking, Toronto and anything else. He worked long hours, often starting in the wee hours of the day and working until late at night. He supported his fellow staff and brought true leadership to the table during the global pandemic. The amazing support from management and staff has made my extended work related stay here very comfortable. I stayed in two types of rooms here. Some rooms have a balcony and I enjoyed mine for the first part of the stay. However, if you are on the fence about whether to engage with the premium program, I can attest that the Kind Size bed in a room where you can see the CN tower is highly recommended. My stay here has garnered loyalty to this hotel. I will bring my family here on my next visit to Toronto.

Awesome stay, amazing food! Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Yorkdale over the course of a month. Everyone was very professional, kind, and accomodating... it is going to be hard to go home! Special shout-outs to Chef Kalvin and Sous-ched Shan for the amazing food every single day! Looking forward to staying here again the in future.
