A great place to stay when visiting downtown TO Easy and pleasant check-in with Ardiz. She was kind and very helpful. Rooms are quiet, comfortable, clean and the location in TO is great. I was here for a conference in the convention center and this hotel made it easy to go back and forth between sessions. Love staying here when in TO.

Happy with view of CN Tower We really liked our room with king bed. We opened our window from the 15th floor to look out at the friggin CN Tower!! We could see the round building for the trains, and Lake Ontario. Well worth the money for that view. At night it was stunning watching the tower light up. We stayed 1 night, 12 hrs. One thing we where disappointed in was there was no cream/powder/sugar for the coffee that was supplied with the machine. That's a little cheap. So we went out for coffee in the morning. There was not fridge or microwave in our room. Room very clean and will return, but bring cream with me.

Good Toronto Hotel The Hotel is in a pretty good location in the financial district - I would say it is not as impressive as other Intercontinental Hotels I have stayed in - There was no one at the main door when we arrived and we had to fight through. The aircon in the room was also a bit temperamental and would turn on and off in the night. The beds also seemed a bit smaller than a standard double.

InterContinental Toronto Centre….5 ⭐️ ….we arrived @ the InterContinental Toronto Centre on Friday the 26th of July for a weeks stay and were greeted by David @ the front desk, a wealth of knowledge and personality. We were early (11AM) but not a problem, our luggage was taken and safely stored while we went for lunch while waiting for our room. Our room was very clean w/a great view of the CN Tower and Rogers Centre. Bed was very comfortable and the large shower was a welcomed sight after a long trip. There’s a mini fridge in the room also which is well stocked. The pool/hot tub & steam room are a must! After a week it was time to leave and since our flight wasn’t until 5PM I had requested a late check out time and again David made it happen! All in all a great stay, highly recommended as the hotel is located approximately 10 minutes from the Billy Bishop Centre (airport) and right in downtown Toronto near a variety of restaurants, an average of $7.00 Uber ride to almost anywhere we had intended to visit and walking distance to the Rogers Centre & Scotiabank Centre. A shout out to David& Huda @ the front desk & Peter at the Azure Bar for a wicked “Long Island Iced Tea”!! 5 Star staff/service & location!

Great rooms and location Great stay. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Great location too to walk to all main places and attractions. Self parking close by in case you don’t want to use valet. Staff was friendly and helpful with questions we had during our stay. Very recommend hotel .
