Highly recommend!! Fantastic place to stay in Toronto where many attractions are within walking distance. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is exemplary. Special recognition to Noriko who was at the front desk when we checked in. She was so incredibly helpful and helped to make our stay one of the most pleasant I’ve had.

Fantastic Stay Room was very comfortable with a lovely bathroom and lounge area. The bed and pillows were divine! The staff were so lovely and extremely helpful, especially Rish and the lovely concierge (sorry I didn’t get your name!). Great location for the Tower, Roger’s Centre and restaurants. Wish we’d been able to stay longer.

Liyakat on the front desk could not have been more helpful and we enjoyed an excellent stay. In one sentence: As a retired inn owner I highly recommend the place. We were visiting from the UK for four nights and there is an awful lot of choice for accommodation in Toronto. After some research we plumped for the Soho and could not have been happier. It is a fairly small hotel and the room might be considered to be traditional....but they offer everything one could ask for and specially are extremely quiet. Our room had a great king bed bed, good lighting, a wonderful bathtub with separate shower and came with Molton Brown smellies and even a bathrobe. We had a small issue with a table light and it was quickly resolved and a polite note left. This was exemplary service. The hotel has a pool and steam room which I loved to use and seemed to be rarely occupied with other clients. We had breakfast in their cafe and again fresh ingredients were prepared with style and everything was very tasty.

Fabulous downtown hotel! The SoHo hotel in downtown Toronto was fabulous! We stayed in room 503 which was a huge executive suite with a separate living room and private outdoor rooftop patio. The bathroom was outstanding with a wonderful shower and separate bathtub. The bed was so comfortable and the suite included an in-room safe, small refrigerator and kitchenette, amazing coffee maker, TVs in the bedroom and living room and a small work desk area. The staff were brilliant and so accommodating. Self parking is available for a fee. The hotel is close to many downtown restaurants, bars and attractions. The only slight disappointment was the Moretti restaurant which was average and expensive. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Toronto and highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely, well placed hotel but over priced Great location apart from the homeless tents at the end of the street. The gym is open early in the morning which is great if you are using it but not if you are trying to sleep as you can hear the weights and machines thudding through the building (2nd-floor room) The restaurant is overpriced and over-salted food. Overall, quite poor value for money.
