We just love this hotel. This hotel is amazing. They took care of us from the airport and back to the airport, The consierge team started to help us before leaving Sweden, tickets, excursions etc. The Hazelton Hotel gave us everything we wanted, can't be better. The location, room, breakfast etc, all the best. Five stars to the Consierge Team that made our stay best ever. We are already planning for a new visit to the Hazelton next year. Amazing experience The Hazelton Hotel was perfection. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay flawless. The property is gorgeous - the lobby, rooms, and restaurant are all A+. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Book it, you won’t regret it.

Memorable stay at the Hazelton Hotel This hotel is probably the most beautiful hotel I’ve stayed at. From the hotel lobby to the rooms…the decor is fabulous! Some favorites include the superior service from the front desk and other ancillary services. Al was beyond helpful during our stay . Also, the heated bathroom floors were pure luxury. The restaurant/bar serves wonderful food and drinks and the waitstaff is superior.

The Hazelton is our new home base in Toronto! We had the most wonderful stay at The Hazelton and are making this our new home base for all trips to Toronto! The staff were so kind and thoughtful! Thank you to Vivien and Andre in particular who welcomed us and checked us in to the most gorgeous suite with a glorious bathroom. We enjoyed One for cocktails and breakfast and will be sure to plan for dinner and to visit the spa on our next visit. The comfort, service and attention to detail is unparalleled. And the art! Business Trip Feels Like a Getaway I've been to the Hazelton a few times for work over the years and every experience is fantastic. From the second you walk in, always greeted by Guillermo, the smell, great front desk workers - always making sure you have a cold water, it's seamless and luxe. The rooms are clean and large, and nothing beats the bathrooms! The amenities like the gym are fantastic. There are kind bars, coffee, water bottles and cold towels for after the workout. Each part of the hotel feels like a spa (I haven't been able to go to the spa but hear great things). The restaurant has a top-notch breakfast and the bar is great cocktails. While I am there for business, the hotel makes it feel like a real getaway.
