Awesome Stay Hotel was awesome. It was very clean and pretty. The staff was extremely helpful. Luis and Armando were awesome. Luis gave me a lot of recommendations for us, and they were great. Definitely will be staying here again!

Great place to stay Visited during COVID. Hotel went above and beyond to keep people safe. Staff was amazing. The rooms are spacious and if you get an upper floor you have awesome views of the sunset. The pool area is great. Hot tube was awesome. As a Marriott platinum member they were allowing you to call in your breakfast order and pick it up and eat outside instead of having the lounge open like usual.

Uncaring Staff and Bird Poop Hotel is comfortable and even with Covid, they are offering in-house food and beverage services. This is a plus. Was told room was recently renovated, but it did show stains on carpet and couch. However, there were some issues with the room. These issues included LOTS of bird feces on room's balcony (see photos); room a/c not working very well; toilet does not flush properly. Because I was there for only one night, I decided not to request another room. When I checked out, I told the agent of the problems I encountered with my room. Her response was, "I will tell housekeeping and maintenance. Please use your room key to exit the parking structure. Have a nice day." Amazing. Definitely staying elsewhere on my next Torrance trip.

Very nice Marriott property in general, but very slow internet We were there for a night, the location of the hotel is very convenient, right across the street from the Del Amo Shopping center, reasonably driving distance to the Redondo Beach, and there are tons of good food in Torrance & Redondo Beach areas. The hotel is newly renovated, the room looks very nice and fresh, and it’s very clean. The view from the room looking over the city is beautiful too. The lady checked me in was extremely friendly and grateful (i think her name is Natalie), she was also very efficient but also explained well what’s offering on the property in light of the pandemic. One of the food outlets is open for breakfast, happy hour & dinner. You can scan the menu inside your room to complete the mobile order, and you can order for pick up (free) or they can delivery to your door ($5 delivery fee). I think there is some outdoor/patio seating available too. We ordered 2 breakfast entrees, each entree comes with coffee or tea, & orange juice or apple juice or cranberry juice, & wrapped pastries, & a fresh fruit cup for $25. I would say the breakfast is very delicious & worthy. The self parking is $28/day in a covered garage/parking structure. The only thing we have to complain about is the internet/wifi, we had the enhanced wifi, however, it’s extremely slow, with only 3 ish mbps downloading & uploading speed. I hope they can fix that. Other than the slow internet/Wifi, this is a great Marriott property, especially during the time of the pandemic, a lot of other Marriott hotels have been cutting back way to far. Will definitely coming back to this property next time.

not flattering Me and my significant other were able to stay the night and when we got there the room was nice and everything looked fine until the next morning when I woke up, I picked up the sheets/covers and I seen that it wasn’t sanitary.
