Terrible customer service I don't even know where to start. The quality of this hotel is absolutely deplorable. If I could give it zero stars, I would. We came on Saturday and are leaving Tomorrow morning. We stayed here about two years ago and thought it was just OK because we got a regular room. This time we got a penthouse room that looks impressive on the hotel site, yet the reality is that the service of the hotel is just as bad, so overall it was not a good experience. This is definitely the last time that we are staying at this hotel. 1) Firstly, the day that we checked in was a bad experience. The level of customer service is very poor. I came at around 1 PM, understanding the room may not be ready. I just wanted to check in so that they can notify me when the room is ready. The woman at the front desk was very stringent and firm with no friendly matters, explaining that the room would be available only at 4 PM and that I can check in only at 4PM. I did not argue and left it alone. I even tried to call at 3 PM but was told the room still wasn't ready and I respect that. We came back at 4 PM, having left our family gathering that started at 3 PM. We checked in and got to the room. This is poor customer service because we had to be at a party that we had to leave from due to the lack of flexibility of this hotel. 2) The room is on the second floor of the building and it's two floors. On the first floor, we were horrified to see that the bathroom seat had several dried urine stains on it and two of the hand towels had dark thick pubic hair stuck to them. It was absolutely disgusting. We ended up getting that sheets as well as towels for my family and use those at the hotel. We also had Lysol spray and Lysol wipes and we disinfected both bathrooms ourselves. I was absolutely disgusted and quite irate over the fact that this hotel has the audacity to make me wait to check in until 4 PM, claiming they need to prepare the room, but clearly they have a lazy or inexperienced or thoughtless cleaning staff that did a terrible job. They clearly do not clean the rooms and they are not properly sanitized from what we saw. 3) Getting parking in your your room is almost impossible unless you park earlier in the day. If you come late at night after you've been to a restaurant or an event, and the hotel is busy, good luck getting a spot. This is upsetting because were paying over $16 a day for parking access so this is not OK. If you have luggage to bring up to your room, that can be frustrating. 4) On Sunday night, at about 10:35 PM, a group of guys staying at this hotel went out to the basketball court which is just outside our room and started making a very loud noises, like some backyard barbecue party. I couldn't believe it. We did call the front desk twice and they did get security out there and it finally got quiet again. Still, this was very frustrating. 5) The hotel is dated and the beds are just ok. As silver elite members with Marriott, this hotel does not meet the standards and it's very disappointing. I would never stay here again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Dr. This is a perfectly fine place to stay for a good price. After the senior citizen discount, our rate was only $107 a night for a two-bed room. It was quiet and centrally located, and near plenty of places to eat. No breakfast provided but staff was friendly and helpful. Don’t bother with the dreadful Howard Johnson’s nearby; for an extra $15 you will have a much better experience if you stay at this Marriott’s.

Great Place It is a Beautiful place to stay. We were celebrating our 31st Wedding Anniversary. Had a fireplace in the room, its a clean hotel. Staff was excellent, We did experience noise from the guest above us. Which staff relocated us to another room. It was not the fault of the hotel at all. But they made our stay enjoyable. I want to personally Thank Lily for her great hospitality and working with us.

Poor Training and then some. Debbie and I checked in Monday 2pm. Female staffer rude and demanding and threatened to cancel the reservation over her overtly zealous attitude. Then coffee cups are the size of shot glasses, so bring your own and all the dishes are not put away but in the dishwasher. 1 tiny sliver of soap only in the bathroom with half ply toilet tissue. The bed was extra firm and movement transfers across the entire bed. Then there are the idiots who's car alarms go off at 5am. I stayed here once last y,......oh I forgot, they make you pay for parking now, can you believe that!? We paid $16 for the 24 hours we were there. OUTRAGEOUS. Never again.
