The worst hotel we have ever stayed at Check-in was supposed to be at 4 PM, but we weren't able to get into our room until 4:40 PM, so we had to wait. We have a small service dog and were given a room on the first floor. When we asked to be moved to a different floor, the woman at the reception told us that dogs are only allowed on the first floor. Later, we found out she lied to us because we saw people with large dogs in the windows on the second floor while walking around the property. When we asked to change rooms or to move the next day if a room was available, she sharply responded "no" without any consideration. The customer service was terrible. As for the room itself, it smelled awful (similar to feces) and was extremely dirty, with grime literally everywhere. If you take off your shoes and walk around for 10 minutes, your socks will turn black. I’ve attached photos. The rooms are very dark, the bed creaks terribly, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. If someone is above you, you can hear every step they take. The Wi-Fi constantly disconnects. All the furniture is in terrible condition, torn and dirty, making it unpleasant to sit on. Outside, the trash bins are full, with bags of garbage piled around them. There is nowhere to walk a dog; the hotel is practically in an industrial area at an isolated intersection. I believe this hotel is not worth the money. We have stayed in motels that were half the price and much cleaner and more comfortable. And they didn't charge a $250 deposit.

Just OK. The good: That would be the staff. They were friendly and accommodating. When our roof leaked, we were moved almost immediately to another room. Great service! The room had a decent amount of space and the kitchen had adequate supplies for cooking. The kitchen could use a trash can even if it's a small one. The bad: It would have been great if the kitchen had some dish soap. The room wasn't the cleanest but the linen was clean. I used the body wash and it was OK. The shower/tub/toilet room was very small and the door barely clears the toilet so be prepared to squeeze to the side. The ugly: The carpet is on the older side and the furniture was threadbare and could definitely use a replacement. I would NOT lay on the carpet at all. The sofa didn't look very clean either but it's not the sort of dirt you can vacuum away. Would I return? For the rate and convenience of having a full kitchen, I just might. It's convenient for where I needed to be.

Excellent location, needs some updating. We were in the area for a funeral and chose this location as it was closer to Redondo Beach. The room was close to parking, and we felt very safe there. The breakfast was plentiful and hot. The front staff were friendly and professional. The only downside was that the furnishings were pretty shabby. We had other family staying there as well and their furniture was perfect. I booked this room online through their website. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Excellent stay Words are not enough to express the amazing experience we had during our stay. Mel at the Front Office was so professional. Her guest service skills are on the highest level. Housekeeping & Engineering team did an great job for maintaining the cleanliness and furnitures and appliances are in great condition.

Stay away from this hotel Wow! This hotel needs to close. They need to reopen when they get the remodel done. I went her for one night and the room was so disgusting i asked to be moved. Lo and behold the changed room was just the same. Torn raggedy furniture disgusting peed on carpeting. I then asked to leave and theyto let me leave to go to another hotel. They did accommodate me with a full refund.
