Loved everything about this hotel Ashley was very accommodating my fiancé’s mother had just passed away which she had no idea we did not tell her. She had us on the 3rd after she already had the room assigned to us we ask if we could be on the top floor where it was quite and she did just that with no problem. We both laughed when we got to our room she had us at the very end of the hall in the corner.I said well she took us seriously lol it was great.Everyone here was very nice and polite. The breakfast was also very good it was a nice change to have fried eggs and bacon instead of scrambled eggs and sausage.

Great experience every time! We stay here every time we come to Towson to visit family. It’s a beautiful place, staff has always been friendly, the beds and pillows have been soft and comfortable, and breakfast has always been hot, stocked and great. I am impressed that the hard boiled eggs are fresh and not out of a bag. It’s the little things. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great experience throughout our stay! Great experience with an amazing friendly staff throughout our stay. Stephen, at the front desk from the time we walked in, made sure our needs were met and that we got a room that fit our needs. The free daily breakfast had a great variety too!

Staff make the experience I have stayed here a few times. The hotel, as usual, was very clean and staff was so helpful. Beau and Stephen, especially, were extremely helpful during my stay. Stephen quickly and efficiently checked me in while being friendly and funny. Beau was super helpful in grabbing me some cutlery and napkins while also be quick and funny. I love how big the breakfast area is and it is always stocked and clean. Overall a great stay!

Great Staff! The front desk staff, cleanliness and comfort are exceptional. It has been a few years since I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express. I believe I should have visited more frequently. The standards I've seen and experienced will keep me coming back for more!
