Good choice The restaurant and front desk get 5 stars. Front desk were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping request granted.. AC quit working but repaired quickly. The room was good but not great. A little worn down. Chair squeaked horribly. Mattress could be replaced. As another reviewer mentioned we also had issues with finding a tv guide with remote. On the plus side the room was clean and towels were thick and soft. I would stay here again.

Great place Reflect bistro has fantastic food . The menu had a great selection and has large servings Kayla, Deb and Laura are great! Hotel is very clean and service was wonderful Hotel rooms are spacious , bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows Everyone was nice!

Perfect Great Location, but not alot of places to walk to. Restaurant inside hotel. Greeted at the desk like we were royalty. Customer services gets 5 stars. However, I gave them 4 star due to elevator entry was crowded to get to. Not a great flow to it. Felt like we had to walk into the restaurant entry to get to elevator. Room spacious. Bed comfortable. Room quiet. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful experience Breakfast at the Reflect Bistro was truly a 5star experience! Our waitress, Kayla, was great taking time to answer all of our questions as well as attentive. Her cheerfulness brightened our day. Our food, prepared by Chef Deb was delicious ,very appealing to the eye and portions were generous. The Bistro was recommended to us by friends living in the area and we would definitely pass on the recommendation to others.

Wonderful Birthday weekend !! My husband and I stayed at this hotel for my birthday weekend. The staff were helpful, personable and so nice. We had drinks in the bar one night and saw wonderfully presented appetizers. The Sunday breakfast menu has some amazing cinnamon beignets that were melt in your mouth!!! They offer a free shuttle bus to Front St and downtown as well as the airport. So convenient! I would definitely stay here again!!!
