Seasons Inn Traverse City

Not safe... NOT SAFE. This hotel will have people in and out of the hotel all hours dealing drugs but I witnessed them turn someone away that lives in Grand Rapids and working on a construction site in Traverse City because he was under 21. This hotel clearly lacks common sense.

Unsafe Hotel This was a totally unsafe hotel. There were drug addicts in the parking lot and creepy people wandering the halls at all hours of the night. Lady at the front desk was beyond rude and I am never visiting again. It was an absolutely awful experience.

Ok for the price Room clean. Beds nice. Having a fridge and microwave, and mini coffee maker nice however the coffee packs must have been stored in the housekeeping cart of storeroom near the bath soaps/lotion as they picked up the taste in the brewing. The dispenser for shower filled, however, body lotion dispenser at sink was empty. The included breakfast ~ isn’t. We found apple juice and orange juice dispenser. No milk for the dry cereal. Small muffins that are better off not included in your “breakfast”, bread. Coffee & tea choice ok. Not filtered water so taste was off. Front desk isn’t necessarily covered without making a call - but gal was friendly when we needed her. For the price, we were ok with it. Having both, in my past, been a hotel front office manager at a higher end hotel nearby and an executive housekeeper also at a nearby hotel, I do have a bit of experience beyond that of a guest.

A Nice Surprise Driving from Florida and paying $200+ per night made me very weary of Traverse City’s Season’s Inn with it’s $66 per night, but it was a very pleasant surprise. The room was newly remodeled with hardwood flooring, super comfortable beds, very clean, an updated bathroom and added storage shelving. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus at this price as well. Highly recommend!

Bright and Shiny Surprise Surprise. For the money we were paying I wasn’t expecting much. It was the cleanest, best appointed room we had stayed in thus far. Our second floor room was small, ok tiny, but it had everything we needed. The interior access made me feel safer and I was grateful to use the elevator vs lugging my suitcase up the stairs. Extra perks included a continental breakfast, Bath and Body Works toiletries and it smelled GOOD. There was a restaurant practically next door and we needed the little stretch,and the margarita and the food. I would recommend this to all my friends. Did I mention it smelled good from the lobby to our room.
