Pretty good, dated but clean! Overall, this place was pretty good. I was nervous when arriving, because I thought that it was going to be a bit run down. It was definitely dated, but everything seemed very clean. Unfortunately they currently aren’t doing housekeeping, so if you need new towels or anything, you have to go down to the front desk to get it. I also had a bit of a rude experience with one of the front desk workers. I had called the day before I was to check in because a category 1 hurricane had passed through, so I wanted to make sure everything was okay. When I spoke the the lady on the phone, she rudely stated that it wasn’t a hurricane instead of just saying that the place was fine. The other staff members were pretty nice though. We stayed in room 517 and I liked it. The air conditioning in there was amazing. The shower situation wasn’t the best because the shower curtain is cloth, and if you leave it out of the shower there will be water all over the floor. But overall it was very good and had an amazing view! Finally, having private beach access was my favorite part of the trip. You could look down the beach and see how crowded other parts were, but ours was very private and not many people were against each other.

Worst Management EVER! Room 410 German roaches discovered at night coming out of the kitchen. Each room is individually owned and managed by the Island Inn resort. Worst management company ever! Zero compassion, the manager has the nastiest attitude along with the other staff members. Condo owners are suffering due to their lack of customer service skills!

Perfect view Very nice hotel on the island. Room was clean, beds in 507 could stand to be replaced. Both beds were wore out. The view of the gulf was awesome. Pool and bar is decent. Parking not so great if ya get in late. Have to park across the street. Couple nights there was 1 spot left.

You're ON the beach... We stayed in room 602 which has both a bay and gulf view. The photographer did a great job of making the place look nice. Each of the rooms here are different and owned separately but managed by the building. So, what you get is dependent on an individual and not on a corporate standard. The room was cleaned to a minimal standard; but, there were still issues. The tub barely drained. The carpets were stained and needed to be either replaced or just thrown out. The twin size pull out couch was stained and worn to the point you were always leaning forward. By 9:00am, you weren't talking a hot shower because there was no more hot water. Wouldn't plan on using the dishes and such in the kitchenette unless I scrubbed them clean myself. Clean sheets, clean towels. Beach towels available at the front desk. Staff were friendly. You're literally on the beach. A few steps down out the back door and your taking your sandals off. Close to amenities and restaurants. It's an unpretentious place to hang your hat of your goal is to spend your time in the sand and sun. Questionably worth the money you'll spend but comparable to other local locations.
