Thunderbird Beach Resort

Fun vacation souvenir! My friend and I took our annual girls trip and were very excited for our complimentary resort photo shoot! From the time we booked it, communicating with the photographer was easy and efficient. We had a lot of fun and walked away with some great memories and souvenirs from our girls trip. I highly recommend booking!

Resort photograph amenity We decided to do a bestie photo shoot while staying. Booking the actual shoot was easy, and our photographer, Brock, as well as his wife, were extremely easy to communicate with. We were asked for pose ideas beforehand, but they also had great ideas for backgrounds and poses. When we met later that night to look at the edited photos, it was difficult to find our favorites....they did a fantastic job. Definitely would recommend using this service if staying at the resort!

Family photos Cristina did an excellent job during the family photo session! I highly recommend using the photo services offered! She took plenty of time to explain the process and allowed us to make many decisions while taking the photos this evening. She didn’t mind the trek to the beach either!

Not a family place anymore Alcoholic only Beware depends what your looking for only thing going for it is location to beach .Let me say we been coming here for 20 years but have not been here in 2 years since it was bought by a corporation.We used to love the family that owned it the retro feel the family atmosphere.Well its not the same place now all they care about is the TIKI BAR thats filled with local drunks and burnouts.Music is ok but every day its like a really loud really bad rock concert .Oh and if you have a gulf front floor 1 room save your money cause as you open your slider you will have all the local drunks in lounge chairs in your balcony.Parking is like hunger games because they dont enforce parking in the small lot since they want the Tiki bar buisness along with the construction that is taking up any extra spots!!Be prepared for scratches and dings on your doors.The pools are so dirty we went in 1 time when it was inbetween the tiki bar dance party USA low!! I had to go to the ocean to cleanse my body its loaded with floating debri,sand ,hair ,cigarettes and mold.keep your woman and kids close since its crawling with drunks, drug addicts,Hillbillies and pedophiles.So unless your an alcoholic looking for a dance party take your family to a real resort with amenities for less money.Even though it never had amenities or was new it used to have family!!Just another casualty of corporate greed .Good Luck Thunderbird once all the longtime families are gone youll be stuck with the penniless drunks and will never last another 50 years

Must try the beach yoga Restorative beach yoga with Jillian Dzieciol was just what I needed to start a relaxing day. Deep stretches with poses that were easy for anyone felt great after traveling. I felt rejuvenated. Jillian was kind and encouraging. Thanks for an amazing daily start!
