Find another option if possible This hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The only positive is the staff behind the front desk were very friendly. The hotel itself is your typical off the highway hotel, beaten up and old. The whole place needs to be renovated from top to bottom. Carpets had who knows what stained on them, and food options were cash only for breakfast or dinner with a $15 charge for buffet breakfast on the weekends. And the house keeping staff will only come to your room if you request them to. I watched 4 employees walk by napkins laying on the floor without picking them up. I ended up picking it up and throwing them out myself. They have signs up about comming soon renovations for 2024 but looks like nothing is getting started anytime soon. Radisson hotels really need to take a serious look at this location and do something about it because it really needs to be addressed if you want to keep business.

Not worth the value This hotel has great potential, however, presents to the arriving guest as run down and filthy. Upon our arrival to the hotel late in the evening we found the entrance of the hotel to have trash all over the walkway, gutters, parking lot and trash receptacles overflowing. This immediate is a bad sign for anyone that travels extensively or is in the hotel industry. Upon entering into the hotel, you can immediately smell the cigarette smoke and even pot throughout the hotel. The Front Desk Agent was nice however was found not willing to listen to our statements that a corporate card had been provided for payment of the room and tax, and it was instructed to not have this card replaced. It was in fact replaced and our personal card was then charged. Another sign that this hotel is not operating to its full potential. We were checked into an accessible room with a roll in shower. We are not handicap and found the shower and bathroom very inconvenient to use. Our sheets were dirty with a large stain on the top duvet sheet showing that they were either not changed or that simply the housekeepers didn't care that it was there. The TV channels did not work as they would freeze and or buffer in an out due to bad reception or cabling. During our sleep we were woken up several times to the smell of pot coming in through our PTAC unit or from another room. Simply horrific. This is an old hotel however it is not being maintained by the team. Ownership is putting money back into the hotel via a pip and renovation that is slated to start up in 2024. The room and common area renovations will certainly be amazing and will provide a very competitive edge for this hotel and ownership group. The issue will be if the hotel team and management can maintain the renovation for the long term. Ownership may wish to revisit this team and hotel GM being complacent in their roles. For the average daily rate of $150 + per night, I would recommend staying elsewhere until this hotel is renovated.

Just OK I was in town for a family reunion and looking for a hotel near the reunion site. This hotel was the closest. After reading the reviews I was apprehensive. Reviewers were saying the hotel was old, rundown and dirty so I went with low expectations. Yes, the hotel could use a major facelift but my room was clean and the bathroom was ok. Although were carpet stains. Front desk staff was ok, not too welcoming. They have a small bistro/bar with a happy hour but they didn’t accept credit cards, just cash or room charge. I thought that was bizarre since the front desk has no problem swiping your card, so why not extend that privilege to the bar? The breakfast is not complimentary, it was $18 including tax and very mediocre. Would I stay there again? Doubt it. Would I recommend this hotel? No.

Recommend The young man at the service desk was very pleasant and informative. We walked away having no questions. Beds were comfy. Tv worked with no issues. Lights worked, fridge worked. Water pressure was good too. Easy to change the temperature too. We had plenty of towels. The pool area was decent and they had carts with towels for afterwards. No issues/complaints at all. We also had breakfast at their buffet. The food tasted good, great selection and kind service from the employees. General Bathrooms were cleaned.

Stay somewhere else… Anywhere else! Oh my Goodness! Where do I begin?! Our room overlooked the pool, so between people yelling in the halls after midnight and the kids jumping in the pool at 7 AM, we barely slept. Housekeepers are not trained to wash the shower tiles, so the soap scum drips from the people who showered before you is a nice little leave behind. There are no outlets near the bed. We were told by the front desk to use the extension cord that was being used for the TV, so you have to choose between watching TV or charging your phone. The ceiling tiles were pushed in, so you can see up above the drop ceiling, there was paint on the valance and the laminate was chipping off the vanity. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. We called down to the front desk for some, but none ever came, so we washed our hair with hand soap. Spend the money and stay somewhere else… anywhere else.
