Sub par service Not sure how it came to be the way it is but they are either severely understaffed or not well trained/ processes lagging. Starting from the unhelpful front desk, every single interaction had redundancies. Cannot regulate temperature in rooms : was too cold, asked for extra blanket, got bedsheets instead. Asked where to get ice, was sent to second floor whereas ice machines are operational on each floor. The plumbing is very sensitive for some reason - we spoke with 3 team members with little added value until the actual plumbing tools were introduced. On positive note, I will say that the location is great and the floors are carpet free. The pool was very clean too. The property itself is pretty basic, but that’s also what you see in the photos.

Very nice place ! Love that place. Room are nice with view on the st. laurence river. The pool and jacuzzi are very clean and beautiful. Staff and the manager are very very helpful and take time to show us where the pool is. Thanks again !

Nicely renovated Great rooms, this hotel was overdue for a facelift. Beds were comfortable. The pool was good, unfortunately the hot tub was out of commission. Not sure why parking is charged. Good location near downtown.

Still the high level of service and still feels new and fresh They are still finishing off some of the areas of the hotel and keep adding new features . this time there was a game room , last trip the opened a pantry with food and snacks / drinks for elite members . Bar food in the hotel is good though service can be hit or miss depending who is working behind the bar , definitely a miss this time . this place can get very busy when a conference is in . Love the in house Starbucks but on a busy day they had sole out of breakfast sandwiches by 9am

Nice Hotel Stayed here for the night while on route to Ottawa. Very nice hotel. Good restaurant on site. Room were very clean and well kept. Nice pantry for Elite members as well. Very friendly staff. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable beds.
