A very bad experience. I stayed at this location a few years ago and it was a great experience... things have gone down hill SIGNIFICANTLY since then. The room was gross. The shower drain was plugged with hair before any of us had showered. My kids literally found suboxone strip wrappers with the coffee cups in our room. The rooms are really run down. Wallpaper's peeling up everywhere, the shower handle fell off, and the toilet wouldn't flush. We had screaming, yelling and hollering in the hall from about 10 pm until 1 am. There were blood curdling screams that could be heard from out in the parking lot. With all the security there, I'm not sure what they were doing but clearly screaming all night in the hallways isn't against the rules. The continental breakfast was a joke... by 9am everything was wiped out. Literally a few apples and oranges left. Every bin of food was completely empty... even including the cold cereal. This place has so much potential and is seriously mismanaged. l'm shocked this is still considered an Embassy Suites because it sure isn't consistent with the brand qualities or standards. It was honestly an expensive terrible experience. l'm so disappointed.

Do they have housekeeping staff???? I was shocked at the condition of the room…carpet had not been vacuumed in who knows for how long…dust on night table and dresser…my pillows had creases in them from previous guest…i put a new pillow case on which i found in the closet…nothing had been done for our second night stay other than the bed blanket and sheets had been straightened out -not made. Garbage not emptied…carpet still had not been vacuumed. Hair conditioner by sink instead of moisturizer…my sister who also stayed here found hairs in her bed and had to switch rooms at 11pm. They offered her 15% off…no supervisor to speak to. I have always stayed at embassy suites and the rooms have been impeccable…not so with this one. If you must stay here - i would advise you to check out your room before paying. Ours was disgusting.

I stayed at feather location can't say I would go back for those prices. Definitely expected better. the place looks nice from the outside. The room not so much I had empty soap box so I had to go downstairs and ask for soap in room. Front desk are friendly did there job well. Thank you. LOTS of stains on carpet in bedroom and bathroom. Water pressure for shower not ok not good. I have stayed at embassy in colorado and Michigan needs to step it up. The breakfast was not impressive at all. I used priceline for this trip and priceline needs to step up there game as well. Staff was good and I am sure you don't hear enough qudos. Security was great as well.

The Worst Hilton Hotel Ever! I previously stayed at this hotel in February and had a great experience which is why I decided to stay there again. I arrived yesterday, May 19th, 2024, to a rude person at the front desk. Her manager, Monique B, was also rude to me. I reported the incident to the GM, Sara M, who did nothing about it. I checked out the following day and moved to another Hilton n which I received appropriate reception as a Hilton Honors guest. This is my worst experience as a member of Hilton Honors. I will never go back there.

Where's the Customer Service?! Currently staying here...traveling with my family from Florida. I called ahead to make sure the pool was up and running as I'm traveling with two kids. We arrived yesterday evening (Sunday) and the kids enjoyed the pool for a couple hours. After breakfast this morning, we tried to take the kids down to the pool and was told it was being treated and would be ready by 1:00 pm. I left to see family in town. My husband said he walked the kids down every 30 mins to see if the pool was ready. The kids were upset and crying because it was still not ready. When I returned, my kids still weren't able to get in the pool. It is now almost 6 pm. We check out tomorrow. There were two young ladies at the front desk, Monique and Trisha. I asked for a late check-out, since the kids hadn't been able to use the pool all day. I was told that I could check out at 12, which is the actual check out time. I proceeded to ask if I could at least check out at 1 and was told no by Monique. She said 12 was the time because tomorrow (Tuesday) they would be full. Yeah, right. The parking lot is empty today. Trisha was nice enough to say 12:30. Monique reluctantly agreed with 12:30. Thirty minutes! After my kids have not been able to swim all day. Wow. No one tried to offer some free points or anything or even a later checkout time. I'm extremely disappointed in Hilton. This is not the level of service that I'm used to!
