Would never stay or recommend The big problem here is that many of the suites are used as long term month to month rentals, and it shows in the condition of the rooms. The coffee table had all four corners chewed off by a dog, and the couch had what looked like smeared, dried dog feces. Obviously I didn't get my nose close enough to confirm. When we complained to the manager she instantly said there was no other rooms available, and said she would give us our money back. We gladly accepted her offer.

dirty & everything broken basically everything that could be wrong with the hotel room was. no towels, no working phones, broken & backed up kitchen sink, dirty shower with hair on the walls, backed up shower drain so when we showered with the towels we had to go buy our feet we’re in a bath. no filter in the air unit, is was just sitting next to it & was clearly the wrong size. no working wifi. deposit was $200 not the $100 the confirmation email said it would be.

I will never stay here again! The 1st room I was given was 80 degrees and smelled. Second room smelled, smoke detector was bagged. The refrigerator leaked water all over the floor, no dishes or cookware in the kitchen to even cook anything. The bed was a brick, and there were guests of the hotel walking around the property after 3 am, seeing police run through the property and security of the hotel out there was nice but I shouldn't see that when I stay at a hotel. I expect better cliental for paying $136.99 a night. I checked out in the morning and cancelled my second night stay.

Do not stay here First, I’d like to say the staff was all very friendly. The property is the problem. It’s In need of a lot of updates, repairs, and general cleaning. Trash was left on our floor from previous occupant. Floors also feel a little sticky. No coffee maker in unit, but coffee packets were. (?) Outside, a lot of trash all around. Beds are little hard and the pillows are a joke, child sized. I could go on, but we’ll never stay here again! Also, no breakfast was provided even though website promotes it.

Never Again I had promise not to write a negative review, but I asked for the manager to call me about the condition of the hotel room and so far it's been four days and no call. I thought my experience was just me, but I read the other reviews (after the fact) and they are all right. The hotel room was horrible. If you stay in nice hotel rooms before or work in the industry, you can tell when a room is poorly clean and poorly maintain. Our room was large, upstairs and downstairs. I love the design but it needed a deep clean and repairs. The carpet had spots and black gum in it. The couch had debris between the seats and I wouldn't dare pull the sofa out of it for the kids. The sheets had stains in it. It was clean, but clearly there was stains that wouldn't come out in the wash and they continue to use it. Kitchen floor had debris in the corners. The living room TV didn't have a remote, the bedroom had a remote but no batteries ( asked for some but they never brought them) and the upstairs TV had no remote. The kitchen had old silverware and pots and pans in it...yuck. Upstairs the drapes was torn. The bathroom toilet was loose. The sink was broken. I found a old fake eye lash and hair on the floor. I could go on and on about it but the worse part about this experience is they probably sold the room again after I complain and left. Clearly they are aware of the condition of the rooms and don't care. It's unacceptable. They need new management and to update the rooms.
