Highly recommend for value stay Excellent value for the price. Clean, great amenities and very helpful and courteous staff. Very good breakfast especially the push button, fresh pancakes. ……….. good breakfast and lounging area. Lots of activities and events in the surrounding area

Hotel Rip-Off I had requested an early check-in for two rooms for family coming from out-of-town to attend a wedding. I was told by the hotel that they could not guarantee an early check-in because they had a "full hotel" the day before the planned arrival date. However, when I called the hotel I was able to book the same exact rooms the day before the planned arrival date. So clearly I was lied to, the hotel was not full, and I was forced to pay for two full nights when I really only needed a few additional hours. What a scam and ripoff. They clearly could have provided the early check-in since they had empty room the day before our planned arrival. Just disgraceful.

Lovely Facility This place had beautiful rooms, great bed and pillows. Lovely shower (no tub). The hot breakfast was more extensive than a normal full breakfast, and was excellent, with lots of choices. Our only issue was that there was no bran cereal, but instead there were two types of Cheerios and a kid's cereal. They need to substitute one for bran flakes/raisin bran. A bus tour was there, and they ran out of yogurts. I think they should have planned ahead for that. The only real complaint, thus the 4-star rating, is that there are no microwaves in the rooms, unusual in this day and age. We had to use the one in the lobby which was inconvenient. But overall, this is an excellent facility.

Lovely place to stay We visit this hotel as we have a loyolty card! It was very well appointed in lovely calm colors with easy parking. The address is a bit tricky with the use of numbers so be sure to put 1 4th street and dont get the numbers confused! The reception was very nice and quick. We found a pub nearby and enjoyed a few hours over looking the Hudson River. Breakfast was very good! The coffee maching is amazing. I loved that there is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. So no little plastic bottles laying around which is great. Once we found our way, we had little problem getting to and from the 787 to go to Albany.

Fine for a short stay only. Stayed 1 night before heading home. It was a fine place to stay for a short time but could not imagine staying for a longer stay. The mattress need to updated. The mini fridge should not br in a cabinet has it over heats in there. Ants in the syrups down at breakfast.
