Great stay I love this place the front desk clerk was very helpful, and the room was also great. Will stay again.

Horrible experience all round If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not stay here. There is no lobby it was full of mattresses and i had to talk to reception through a prison speaker with a sliding metal drawer. The room they gqve me reeked of cigarettes, not just that someonw had smoked there, but smoked 2 packs a day for months. I went down to the window and told them I couldn't stay in the room. I had booked a non-smoking room. The manager said there were no other rooms and they would spray it... I said that wasn't acceptable to spray and air out for 15 min, that would not remediate the smellI. She refused to refund me and she said and I quote "it isn't her fault, she didn't smoke in it." She did not offer me a different type of room. She told me to take that room or leave but she would not refund me. I contacted expedia and 3 times they tried to get her to refund my stay and she refused and kept my money although I did not stay at the hotel. The manager is aggressively rude. I am not super picky and I understand you get what you pay for but this is pretty much a tenement apartment and should not be listed as a hotel/motel.

Great Stay The management was excellent and extremely courteous. The rooms were nice and smelled fresh. All the sheets were clean.

Guest Everything was Great __ Manager was awesome and friendly staff. Room was clean and renovated. The pool was open and clean.
