Complicated reservation made easy! Great hospitality!!!! Lisa at the El Con check in desk was amazing! We had a complicated party/meeting reservation that I called about to explain. She answered all my questions, listened to our situation and made accommodations that made our trip amazing. Her kindness extended to the desk. When I came in to checkin, I told them about the “special reservations” and Lisa was at the counter, remembered, and followed through to make the event go off without a hitch. She was wonderful and the hotel was great. I would definitely have another event there and Lisa should be commended for her excellence in customer service!

Delicious brunch! My friend and I met for brunch in the restaurant today. The food was delicious and our server was attentive and accommodating. He made this a lovely experience! Especially love that he left a a pot of hot coffee on the table which he refilled for us. I recommend the Huevos rancheros!

Sundance Cafe at breakfast Breakfast at the Sundance Cafe was good. Edgar S. provided great service, excellent really. We had a large party (family), and were well taken care of. Good omlettes. Staff was very good too. Hotel is under renovation, but should be nice when completed.

Advertised as 4 star, more like 3 star Expensive amenities Room smelled old We expected better. Veranda overlooked a road Upgraded from 186 a night to 1 additional room and got soaked 450 a night Refrig so frosted, temp control impossible Broken shutters

Relaxing staycation We went to El Conquistador to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and we had the best time! The pool was amazing. Our room was clean and spacious. There was even robes and slippers waiting for us in the closet. All of the staff was so kind and really made us feel welcome. Like everytime you walk by someone they say hello or good morning. In particular Vanessa Rucker was so friendly and helpful! She has the best smile and friendliest demeanor! We would recommend the breakfast buffet and would eat there again when we return. Thank you everyone!
