Great place to stay ! Highly recommend this resort. It’s situated in the midst of it all; shopping centers and many restaurants to choose from if you’re interested in exploring the area. Keeping in mind that the resort offers a delicious menu if you just want to enjoy staying in.

Amazing Time at a Beautiful Resort I recently stayed in a poolside room for 7 nights. We had such a great time and experience at the hotel. The resort is beautiful. Rosa, the pool lady was amazing. She was on hand every morning bright and cheery making sure everything was perfect around the pool. We ate food from the pool side menu and the restaurant, and both were delicious. The little coffee shop open in the morning was also perfect if you wanted a bagel or flavored coffee. There was a great little poolside bar open on the weekends and a fun DJ on Sundays. Lastly, the hotel desk staff were so friendly, and helpful with any issues or questions we had. They made the stay even better. We enjoyed our selves so much and felt so at home that we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back!

Great Restaurant Waitstaff, especially at breakfast We had breakfast and dinner in the "Palm Room" every day. All the wait staff were friendly and attentive, but I want to commend two women, Cathy and Judy, who waitressed breakfast. My husband is shy about asking for any sort of special attention and when he didn't notice anything on the menu that appealed to him, they encouraged him to ask for what he'd like. They were everything you'd expect good waitstaff to be, but both were also exceptionally gifted with that special ability to treat total strangers in a way that's both respectful and personal, recognizing each human being.

Wonderful anniversary experience We had a fantastic time for our anniversary. The resort is beautifully landscaped and manicured, and the staff (especially Rosa!) were over-the-top attentive and helpful. Our room was spacious, and the patio looking out over one of the pools was where we spent a lot of our time.

Hidden costs and poorly kept up This should have been a delightful place to stay but the poor maintenance, terrible restaurant atmosphere (do you really want to watch wrestling while trying to eat dinner?) , non functioning pool and exorbitant resort fees spoiled the atmosphere for me.
