Unbeatable Value Incredibly convenient hotel close to airport, Pike Market, light rail and cruise terminal. Beautiful hotel with great staff (especially Jayden who really went out of his way to accommodate us), clean, comfortable rooms with “quiet policy”, free breakfast and free shuttles. Value cannot be beat! Would highly recommend.

Great experience - Highly recommended. The Comfort Suite Tukwila staff were awesome. Very accommodating and helpful. we came in a day early for a cruise, picked us up and the airport. We stayed again after the cruise and the service was once again superior. Room were very clean and quiet. We decided to ride the Link into downtown and the pier and they even made sure we got to the station and picked us up after we came back. Then to top it off they took our over the mall so we could eat at a nice restaurant. Everyone we talked to was amazing. Prices were very good in comparison (up to half the price) of everything else in the area. I'm a travel agent and will not hesitate to recommend this hotel my clients.

Absolutely the best ever hotel experience We booked a room at this location for the night prior to going on a cruise. When the staff (management?) found out that our cruise was to celebrate our 50th anniversary, they treated us like royalty. The entire staff worked hard to make us feel welcome and valued. The upgraded room they put us in was amazing - by far the best room where we have ever spent a night. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. There is no way any stay will ever be better for us. Breakfast was good and the airport shuttle worked flawlessly. They also helped make sure that we were signed up for the Seattle Express to get to the cruise ship on time. I have cancelled my post cruise reservation at another location and we will be staying at this location again.

Travel stop Hotel was nice. Beautiful grounds with lots of flowers. Nice rooms. We had a family suite on the quiet floor. It was nice. Staff was friendly and offered to shuttle us to a local restaurant for dinner. Lowered the review because before we left for dinner we asked how we would get back. Easy - call and we will come get you. We waited an hour and a half and made 4 phone calls before they finally came and got us. Shuttle kept getting sent back to the airport and not updating us. It was very frustrating as it was getting late and we had 3 kids in tow waiting outside the restaurant as it got colder. Since we didn’t know when they would be there we didn’t make other arrangements for pick up. They just kept telling us they were coming. Very frustrating

The place to stay in Seattle!! We travel often and have never experienced such amazing hospitality from any hotel. They knew us by name, no waiting on airport shuttle and assisted with dinner plans. The employees worked as a team and wear all hats. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was delicious and the grounds keeping was top notch. This is my first review but comfort Suites Tukwila deserves it.5 of us stayed here and we all were tremendously impressed and fell in love with Seattle. Thanks a ton!!!
