Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown

Tulsa Hyatt Regency Downtown Very well maintained hotel, convenient and reasonably priced rooms. Attentive staff was a plus. It’s definitely worth considering if you are on a trip to Tulsa.

Tulsa Overall the hotel is excellent. The only issue I have is the lack of safe parking for large vehicles.

Not up to Hyatt Regency Standards We checked in the Hyatt Regency Downtown Tulsa for a staycation last Saturday Evening. We went by at 5 pm to check in before we went to dinner and a dance. When we arrived, the carport area was in chaos. An employee finally came over and told us we couldn’t park there. I informed him we were checking in and he directed us to a parking place that it took me several try’s to get into. I explained we just wanted to take our bags to the room and then leave immediately for dinner. I then asked him to find a luggage cart and he replied they didn’t have any available. We decided that we would park in their parking garage next door and deal with the bags ourselves. When we got to the garage, it was out of paper and would not let us in to the garage. We had to back up into the carport and finally the bell said he would take our bags to our room so we could go to dinner. Later when we returned from dinner, we went to our rooms and were very excited to find out bags in the room only, the room had been smoked in! I called the front desk and the offer to move us up to the VIP floor which is the top floor of the hotel. It was very nice and had a club lounge. The rooms and bedding were good. My only complaint is that the double panes windows have fogged up and you can barely see out I them. Again, not up to Hyatt standards. Do they not send secret customers around to inspect hotels anymore? About 1/2 the staff were very good and the others didn’t want to be there. I’d be happy to have that job. Some of us don’t travel on the companies mint so we expect service for what we are paying! Please let me know if you are so I will know whether to ever stay in a Hyatt again.

One night in Tulsa If you have a night to spend in Tulsa I would recommend the Regency Downtown. Valet service and self park are very convenient. The location is central and in walking distance of eating and drinking venues as well as quick access to the highway.

Excellent Service Night Manager and evening lobby staff were superb . I look forward to staying there every time I am in Tulsa and will tell my friends and family to do likewise.
