Amazing friends and family experience We went for a big family trip and we are all very happy with our decision. The kids had fun, the adults had fun. It was an amazing vacation for all of us. The beach is super pretty and great to swim out by the restaurant Seaside Grill. Ocean is calm and with the hues of blue you expect in the Cancun area. Salvador was our beach concierge and he made the experience spectacular. I got sunburn one day and he even got me an aloe plant to help with it. He took great care of all of us and made everybody feel as special. The pools are really good too. Drinks and food are great too. We went to all of the restaurants and they are all really good. The one that stood out for us was Portofino. The Chef came out to greet us and made a special cheese platter for the group. Honestly so good.

Great Time!! The entertainment crew, Erick & Ricky, were awesome. The Italian food was great! The fire show was nice! We enjoyed the amenities of the Preferred guests. The Crazy pool games so much fun. The little black bugs in our room were a pest! however I would visit again.

As a preferred member I didn’t feel as though there was anything preferred about my trip. Spend your money elsewher I’ve been vacationing in Cancun for years and was completely disappointed with this trip. Never felt so discriminated against during a vacation.

Black mold in our bathroom, water leaks in our room 3110, buildings are outdated & in poor condition Despite our issues & maintenance coming to look, we weren’t offered a remedy or room switch. We had belly aches all week from the food/drinks. Two main Pools water levels were BELOW filters so water was not being cleaned. Buildings are extremely outdated & run down, from old furniture to rough sidewalks to terrible smells throughout the resort. One good thing is the staff in restaurants & bars were phenomenal! We’ve stayed at many Secrets, Breathless, Dreams resorts and never had a bad experience until this resort. Don’t waste your money here!!

Amazing! One of the best experiences my wife and I ever had. The service was amazing all around. The food was great and our personal concierge was amazing. Ana Luz Lopez was very helpful and helped me plan everything I wanted to go. She was very responsive and even brought us a bottle of wine to our room. She checked up on us multiple times during the day every day. I highly recommend this resort and would definitely visit again. At the preferred club lounge the bartenders Christian, Gilberto and Raul were all amazing. They made us felt welcomed and provided impeccable service.
