No complaints Hotel was great. We were just passing through Twin Falls and always like to stay at Hilton Properties. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfy. Everything we needed. Since everyone seems shocked by this - please note that Hilton Garden Inns don't offer free breakfast. There is a charge. Also, a note for management: what’s with the pancake thin pillows? I’ve never slept on a pillow that flat. Time to replace them!

Horrible We were taking a road trip from CA and headed to Yellowstone so I booked this place for a night along the route. The area is beautiful and we always book Hilton hotels. We’ve stayed at a lot of Hilton properties and this was the worst. The room had an awful smell and the air conditioner made it worse. The cooling unit and the refrigerator made so much noise I hardly slept. Thankfully we only stayed one night.

A solid option close to the Canyon Rim A VERY short walk to the Snake River Canyon Rim Trail, this hotel is a solid option if you find yourself in Twin Falls. We did run into some issues, both with room selection and breakfast during our stay, but the manager was very quick and receptive in responding--hence my upgrade from 'average' to 'very good'.

Quick Vaca The Staff was excellent locations, parks, and local restaurants. The hotel was easy to find. Also, it is very close shopping and small boutique. Will be visiting again in the near future with family and friends.

Twin Falls triple pleasure We have driven through Twin Falls many times but decided to stop and spend the day and night. So glad we did. This place was great! First of all every single person that worked there was so nice, professional, welcoming and accommodating. Pet friendly! They have a small bat and our bartender Jessica was the best! Chatting with us and everyone else. Bonus it was her birthday so we along with other patrons and employees sang to her. I will definitely stay there again if it works out in our plans. Side note they have this adorable “Dog of the Week “ contest. They take a picture of your dog and if it gets picked you get your dog fee reimbursed. ❤️❤️__
