Satisfied guest only stays @ choice Hotels Clean rooms, good service. Highly recommended for business or personal travel. Hot breakfast is a welcome ammmenity. Friendly staff. I'll continue my stays for travel with choice hotels. Rooms are clean and spacious enough for travel for family trips for me and my two grandchildren as well.

Friendly but dim lighting. John at the front desk was nice. The Bed was comfy and i slept well. The lights in the bathroom were really dim so it was very hard to see putting make up on. Decided to move to another hotel for my second night.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Thoroughly disappointed with my stay here. I had originally scheduled staying two nights due to a funeral. Plans changed and I called a few days before and changed from two nights to staying only one. I had originally booked on hotels.com...the front desk clerk did not tell me that they were unable to change my reservation since it was from hotels.com, instead she created a new reservation for one night. So now unbeknownst to me I had two reservations, my original 2 night stay and now my 1 night stay. After i came home from my trip I had a charge for BOTH reservations. Once I called the hotel to rectify the situation they told me that hotels.com needed to email them and tell them they could release the room for a refund. After going through everything with the hotels.com and creating a case, they said I was a NO SHOW after alllll of that. I obviously was not a "no show" and whoever was supposed to cancel the original reservation did not do so and messed everything up in the process. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible service.

The "Greatest " room experience ever. From the awesome Customer Service, starting with Armando, John, Shakeem, and the icing on the cake was Ms. Rebecca. These four people are the epitome of what Customer Service should be, my husband had a surgical procedure, and instead of driving back to Dallas, approximately 140 miles one way we decided to check into getting a room at Comfort Inn on Reick Rd in Tyler, TX. The Staff eased my worries, and made me comfortable. The room was very clean and it made us feel like we were at home. The room was set up very comfortable, and effectively, it met our every need.

Great place to stay Very clean . Staff very friendly and helpful. Got water for shower. Walking distance to place to eat or shop. It is of the main road, Broadway by 1 block so it is quiet, safe, and peaceful. Voice it a try
