ANDY you ROCK!!!!!!!! Five stars because of ANDY’S impressive service. Multiple times this evening, he has gone above and beyond for us despite being the only staff member on duty! Amazing! And a great attitude. Very positive and happy. Thank you so much, Andy, for going WAY above the standard and exceeding our expectations despite some unforeseen circumstances. Pleasantly surprised in Tyler, Texas Pleasantly surprised at the quality and cleanliness of this Hilton garden inn. My family was here for a graduation weekend and we had 3 rooms. All were clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and gave us the extra towels and things we needed. My only complaints were that housekeeping is every other morning and the rooms only had three bath towels. After realizing that housekeeping wouldn’t be coming we went to ask for additional towels and coffee Supplies. All in all great economy lodging. We will definitely stay again when visiting our East Texas relatives.

Don’t recommend- very Dirty This was the dirtiest hotel you’ll ever stay in. Mold everywhere. The showers were terrible. Corners covered in mold. Walls painted over dirt. Toilet seats stained. Smells musty. Sheets had holes in them. Pillowcases stained. Really bad.

Too much for too little. Service is terrible After a long horrible nights sleep in a bed that constantly squeaked when you moved, we hungrily went down to have our breakfast that we paid in advance for. We were told that we would have a hot breakfast. When we asked about it and where the plates were, we were told otherwise. The staff member pointed to a bunch of cold pastries, bagels and bread. And told us we could have that and the cereals and the oatmeal. There was no protein options or gluten free options. Basically nothing I could eat. We paid for what was offered at other hotels for as their free breakfast. I had previously been to Tyler Texas and stayed in a La Quinta Inn and my breakfast - with far more options was free. The staff was extremely resistant to comping our breakfast. And said the manager was not in til Monday.

Great local Wonderful location nice people great rooms. Service with onsite products. Breakfast was super made to order, nice selection. Will stay here again.close to many things restaurants and shopping. Bar service on site
