Wish I had something good I wish I had one good thing to say. The room was run down and dirty. There was tobacco spit running down the wall and the vanity. The vanity top had burn marks all over it. The towel bar and light plate had been pulled out of the wall and not fixed/ half way fixed with a screw that was way too long. I contacted them and hotels.com and they won’t offer a refund. I would NOT recommend staying here. Seemed as if most of the rooms had long term tenants too.

GREAT PLACE IF you are on a budget! I didn't manage to get photos or videos of the room but there was really no need. My husband and I had to make a last minute stay at "what hotels was left" in Tyler during the storm early June. We booked through booking for $94. I am extremely picky when it comes to hotels for the one reason that so many people come in them day in and day out to sleep and live. I judge them according to price vs the stay. This place was clean, nice, had plenty of rooms and the kind size room is HUGE. We could have easily stayed there for the entire week. I gave it a four out of five for just a couple of reasons. The rooms _ the bed creaked soooo loud that it was frustrating to roll over at nigh. Please tighten up all of the beds. lol Also, make sure you travel with plenty of toiletries, there were no hotel freebies. The service - It was great and outstanding BUT YOU MUST PHYSICALLY CHECK OUT at 11 and turn in your key, because a sign says that you will be charged extra $10. Seems low, HOWEVER, on the inside of my door, it said "checkout at 12pm" - MAKE SURE YOU ARENT GYPPED. For that reason only, I gave it a 3 out of 5. If you need a place to stay, on a very little budge - these are about a 4 star hotel!!

Terrible service and room Charged twice for deposit ! Actually 3 times !! Then thought the key didn’t work but front desk person had to force his way in room. Room was hot and had flies !! Terrible old furniture and bed. All in all it was a horrible experience and hotel. Never stay there

A Grand Joke One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had the hotel is very dated may have been grand at some point but that was many years ago. The only positive was it was nearby never again. Once in the room became very clear the mistake we had made from the odor not sure what made that smell not good . The front door once closed there was a almost a 1-inch gap between door and frame we watched people pass by before moving the chair in room to block someone from looking in. The curtains had holes and was tore at top so wouldn't close fully we use wife's hair clip to keep it closed. The carpet was nasty wore our shoes in room from fear of what was on it. The bathroom door had not guts in the knob it did hit the door frame so if you slammed it it would stick shut just had hit it hard to reopen. The bed was very uncomfortable and had a hole tore in sheet should have been trashed. The pillows lacked any support used 4 to make a pillow. The staff was very rude to the point of insulting. The grounds were dirty an lettered with trash. They do offer a breakfast but with the filth everywhere just didn't have the need to try for fear or sickness. Do yourself a favor go anywhere else. There is a few nice hotels nearby any place is better than this place.

Unsafe and Unscrupulous I was trying to book another hotel in the area when the agent suggested this hotel as one similar to the hotel I was trying to book. When I arrived, I discovered this is a motel with doors that open to the outside to a narrow drive and fenced parking area. There were several construction crews at this motel and men milling about and sitting in their trucks. After checking in, I drove to my room and decided I did not feel safe and I returned to the front desk to speak to the employee. I let him know my safety concerns and he responded that it was a safe neighborhood because a lot of their customers walked to the gas station down the street without problems (great!) I let him know that I was misinformed during the registration and would like to cancel. The employee stated that I would need to call booking.com to discuss my concerns and request a refund. I walked out to my car and called booking.com. The representative stated they would contact the hotel to request approval for a refund. The hotel states that I was a no call/no show and refused to authorize a refund. I would avoid this unscrupulous, unsafe hotel as well as booking.com!!
