Great Hotel and Spa, clean, beautiful area I was recommended by my daughter to stay at this place for my honeymoon. My daughter stayed for the Valentine's day weekend and she love the area. Room were clean and all of the area too. We went to the restaurant the food was great. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends. :)

Overcharged more than once I stayed here with some friends for a girls weekend. I didn’t even go to the spa, but have somehow gotten charged not once but twice for services I never received. The first time they said it was a name mix up. Haven’t gotten the second excuse yet. This is extremely poor business ethic.

The struggle is real - don't have your event at this location! I wanted to book an event as my daughters bridal shower was here several years ago and we had an amazing time. Oh how times have changed. The lack of response to at least 12 emails and 4 phone calls was shocking to me. I finally walked in unannounced and one gentleman I met apologized for no one getting back to me....i shared with him that he was on every one of the emails. The entry area and lounge is dirty and unkempt, the lobby is dark and dreary with a very unwelcoming gentleman at the concierge desk. The food was "ok" but I had to ask for refills as no one was keeping track of that and the chef at the omelet stating looked like he had not slept at all the night before and never cracked a smile. They did not have a bill for me on the day of my event and I waited two weeks to receive it only to have it be far more than what we had discussed despite me having less people and less food items. I do not recommend this location due to lack of communication, poor follow up, lack of cleanliness, and inefficiency in billing.

Worst place I have ever stayed Where do I start.. this was the most disappointing stay I have ever had I would give it a negative 5 if I could. Upon walking in the doors, it looked nothing like the pictures. The place was dark and dingy, I assume they keep the lights low so you don't realize how dirty the place is. If you want to stay somewhere where you feel like your in the hotel from the Shining, this place is for you! We were really excited to see the wine cellar that is a mile long, in fact it was one of the reason's we wanted to stay at this facility. Guess what there isn't one, yet there is still pictures of it online.. are you kidding me, one of the many false advertisements on the website. The food was okay, the waitress and bartender were nice I will give you that. The spa services were mediocre, only one of the sauna's were working. The pool had a pile of dirt at the bottom of it, the ceiling in the pool room literally had boot marks on it... you cannot make this stuff up. To top that off I now have a rash on my face I'm not sure if its from the facial or the sludge pool water. All in all it was way over priced, we were maybe one of the only people at the hotel and I can see why. The worst part was the false pictures online, I felt very cheated. Do not book here unless you want to be highly disappointed.

Celebrating my 25th wedding Anniversary. So disappointed. This night stay was wrong from start to finish. There was no hot water, spa messed up our spa reservation so we couldn’t get a massage. No towels near the pool. Dirty plates in hall from someone’s room service remained outside out door most of the day. Could not get a cup of coffee next morning since service was so bad. had to leave the property for dinner and breakfast. Old beat up decor. I have been called every two days since we stayed at the beginning of October and was promised a refund for my stay which I still haven’t gotten. Staff has been rude on the phone and said the put in refund but accounting department is slow. It has been almost a month. Will be contacting better business bureau.
