Worn The room was clean and comfortable, however, it had seen better days. The bathroom needed the most care. The water did not flow well into the drain. The service was good, but if you wanted the breakfast buffet, it was $18 each… a little pricey.

Where Your Sense of Cleanliness Goes to Die If you’re in the market for a hotel that will make you question your life choices, look no further than the "Crowne Plaza." This gem of a place proudly boasts a shocking 3.5+ star rating, proving that even in the world of hospitality, numbers can lie. First off, let's talk about the bedskirt—oh, the bedskirt! It was so liberally decorated with what appeared to be a crime scene of bodily fluids that I half expected the local authorities to issue a "Do Not Enter" tape. If you’ve ever wondered what a brothel might look like, just imagine this room, but with a couple more neon signs and a revolving door. The furniture in our room was like a live-action role-play of "Extreme Makeover: Disasters Edition." Chipped, scratched, and generally anemic-looking, the furniture was a testament to the hotel’s commitment to maintaining an atmosphere of neglect. I almost felt sorry for the broken trashcan. In summary, if you’re in the mood for a stay that will make you ponder your life decisions and test your gag reflex, book a room at the "Crowne Plaza." It’s a real treat.

Lied to me before booking an on check in. No gym. Called the day prior to inquire about their fitness center. It was the reason I stayed here. Checked in at midnight and was told it was 24 hours and where it was. At 6:30 the next morning it was closed for an undisclosed issue. Front desk said it had been closed for a week.

Below average Well I try to never be negative but I wasn't happy with this hotel. First is I am a verry frequent business traveler and when I select a property its for a reason. When I plan on arriving late I like a hotel with a restaurant/bar to make meals easy with my work schedule. Well I got in and the bar was average, no draft beer and no kitchen. The last thing I wanted was to go out but I had too. Hotels should post on the booking site if they have things not available. The hotel was big with a conference center so I don't know why they cant have a decent restaurant/bar. The room was average, no microwave and my coffee maker did not work. Room turnover was poor but I really didn't need it. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It just wasn't what I expected for the price.

The worst hotel to stay Hi we had a reservation from July 16- 19 in this filthy hotel. When we got into our first room I noticed some peanut in the middle of the room and I thought oh well that’s ok, but oh man later we found some plastic cap in the bathroom and then a full bag of fast food trash behind the curtain and also the sink in the bathroom wasn’t draining. So we changed the room and they told me to email them the pictures that I took to show to the management which I did. Later we moved to another room which my wife spend 25 minutes wiping and disinfecting for the second time. But unfortunately later we found out that bathroom flush wasn’t working properly and we had to do it manually each time. And after complaining to the front desk they offered us to move to another room which we refused because we didn’t have disinfecting wipes any more to clean the third room so I asked the maintenance guy to fix the problem, which it didn’t work again. So we end up with broken bathroom all the stay. To make the matters worse we decided to take a deep in the pool, and boy that was a bad idea. The majority of pool was covered with some type of green yellowish algae or fungus and dirt and that made us to change our mind about swimming. In my disbelief when I asked to talk to the manager they made me wait for 45 minutes and when finally I meet with some random rude lady with bad attitude without introducing herself and saying sorry about the problems she told me that they check the pool water ph and everything is fine and I need to go to my room and stop complaining. Well I have pictures to prove and I would discourage anyone to go there and get sick. Very bad customer service and disgusting hotel.
