Terrible customer service, police in the building First, I booked a room through Priceline for a family of 5, while traveling through the state. We had been driving all day and just needed a decent place to sleep for 1 night. I booked a 2 queen room with a sofa. See screenshot attached. As soon as I walked in I knew it was going to be a problem. I told the 2 women at the desk I had booked a room online. 1st woman says "2 beds right?" I answered 2 Queens with a sofa. 2nd woman immediately protests and gets defensive. We don't have that kind of room.! It seemed like this wasn't the 1st time she had this problem. I showed them my phone which clearly says 2 Q and sofa. She calls the manager, Brandon. It sounds from her side of the conversation that he doesn't believe me. She does tell him she saw my phone, and that doesn't seem to matter. She then basically tells me that they don't have a room to accommodate our size group, except for a suite, so she will refund my money. I ask if there are any adjoining rooms available, thinking I already drove 30 mins out of my way and we just need to sleep. No, it's obvious they are not willing to work with us, although I would have paid more for 2 rooms if they had wanted to at least talk to me about it. Now I am mad, I ask if there is anything to be done. This isn't my fault although from the attitudes you would think I asked for a free room. No all they keep snipping at me is that Priceline put their room info on the internet incorrectly. Whatever, fine, refund my money I will find another hotel. Then they tell me I have to call Priceline to get the refund. So now I waste another 20 minutes talking to Priceline who eventually refunds my money. In the meantime several police officers have come in and out of this hotel. I find out after from my kids that the police were looking through cars in the parking lot the whole time. So we left, drove approximately 2 miles and found a nice place to stay with great service and super nice clean rooms. For 10 bucks more than the amount of my refund. Point of the story, don't trust Priceline and drive around town there are better hotels!

Disgusting Only stay here if you are looking for women of the night, crack or to catch a disease. The room smelled like someone just finished smoking a whole carton of cigarettes. The amount of stains of god knows what everywhere was impressive, the water stains on the walls of the hallway if you squint or cross your eyes and use your imagination might resemble some nice modern art. 0/10 would not recommend.

Please put some warm blankets in the rooms at this RANADA in Uniontown, Penn This is a normal RAMADA INN ..... They need to put warm blankets in the rooms for those of us that like to sleep under a blanket at night ..... I very much prefer to sleep under a warm blanket than to turn on the heater ..... It is still COLD in Pennsylvania in May at night, I need a warm blanket.

Pictures are Deceiving! Do *not* go here!!! The pictures may have you thinking this place is lovely, but they lie! We came here- a family of 5, and didn’t even put our bags down before we booked it out of there. The whole place smelled of weed, cigarettes, and mold. They didn’t have any kind of couch or bed to accommodate our 5th person, and the whole place was mildew-y.

RUN!!! Any place is better!!!! We booked online. Pictures are deceiving, in fact the pictures cannot be of the same hotel. The only thing good about this hotel is the price. We checked in. We were wearing masks and you could smell the smoke in our room through our masks. There were sketchy people hanging out in the back parking lot. Very dirty and filthy. We got to to the room, everything unplugged, reeked of smoke, broken lamp, dirty shower, beds sloppily made, water dripping from ceiling, hotel was VERY dark.... we didn’t even sit in the room, we left and got another hotel minutes away, so many other choices around 10xs better.
