Our bartender Chad was AMAZING! Our bartender Chad was amazing! I didn’t see a Mai tai on the menu but was still able to order one, thanks Chad! Hotel was great as it was walking distance to Universal Studios. Only a 20 min Lyft ride to Burbank airport. Great service especially the bar!

Hilton Universal Rocks! Comfy rooms, spacious- amazing breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Front desk clerk Carlos M checked us in early and was great at explanation everything we needed to know and offered great tips! Walking distance to Universal studios but they offer free shuttles. EV vehicle rental on demand is available, we tried it and while there were a few bugs, it was cool to drive around LA in a EV vehicle and only had to pay by the hour

Loved Everything! My friends & I wanted to go to a trendy upscale place with a great vibe for lunch. We decided Five on the Hill. We weren’t disappointed! Best Choice Ever! Tony & Jesus were AMAZING! Service.. Excellent. Food.. Excellent! Drinks.. Excellent! A must go for lunch! A+

3 night stay with children The hotel is within walking distance of Universal Studios Hollywood. around a 7minute walk. The room was nice with a lovely view of universal Studios. Staff were helpful at check in. Ubers were easy to get to go sight seeing to the Hollywood sign etc. Around $25 dollars each way to attractions. Two double beds and a nice bathroom. Shops on universal walk around a 10 min walk over the bridge to universal studios. No supermarket around just the indoor shops in hotel which can be expensive. We didn't drive and Ubers where fine.

Great stay Great stay! Rosendo at the breakfast restaurant is amazing!! Awesome service . Front desk is amazing too. Room is spacious and clean . Very close to universal , you can walk or wait for the shuttle which is so convenient. I would definitely recommend to stay here.
