Excellente choice! Sheraton Universal is a great property. I personally loved the comfort of the room and the overall experience. It has convenient location and nice areas to enjoy. But mostly I would like to thank the friendly staff especially to Ernesto Alonzo and David Wang who went above and beyond to provide a memorable stay. I definetely reccommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good hotel within LA and to those who want to enjoy Universal Studios Hollywood.

Visited restaurant We visited the restaurant in the lobby and Edgar served us. He was very friendly and accommodating. He answered all of our questions and checked on us regularly. We were having coffee in the afternoon and he happily made us a new pot and kept our cups full. We’ll definitely ask for him in the future.

The California’s Restaurant We’ve had breakfast at the California’s restaurant for the last 2 days. Juliet served our table and she was extremely helpful and provided great customer service, which made our visit a great experience. Thank you again Juliet!!

Amazing _ HOTEL AND STAFF First I want to start by saying this hotel has the best staff by far in my entire time of traveling in many five star hotels in United States !! Tim the bellman has such a positive lively personality it uplifted me during my time waiting for Uber rides! Jane and Jed from front desk were extremely helpful and attentive! Mildred from housekeeping and Browlia from house keeping were extremely EXTREMELY CARING AND uplifting as well as helpful with cleaning! Rosa from telephone op was so quick to direct me where needed & Jesus from bellman also was extremely helpful with my bags during this long stay here at the SHERATON! I give this hotel a FIVE STAR REVIEW! THE FOOD ALSO IS A1!!!!

Room quality When we travel we always check under the beds for bed bugs. This time no bugs were found but a used crack pipe was! We asked for a new room. The front desk acted like this was such a burden to her. The new room smelled so bad of weed! We almost left and went to the Hilton.
