Loud and uncaring front desk Terrible experience. Despite a “no party” policy this hotel allowed a loud party in the pool area and main lobby. We were given a room across from the pool area and it was like sleeping in a college fraternity house. People smoking marijuana in the hallway for example, so much that it smelled in our room. When we asked to move or for some assistance the front desk said we were booked with an athletic team (which we were not) and basically were told too bad. The front desk person truly cared less. What a terrible experience - do not stay here!

Truly enjoyed our stay The wonderful young lady was very professional. She was helpful. The place is very clean. We were alone in the pool and it's very welcoming. The room is huge! Could turn a truck around. The TV welcoming us to the room was very nice. Haven't had breakfast yet, it's early. Parking was easy.

Perhaps the safest bet in Utica area. Very clean rooms; well-maintained property. Yes, it's more expensive than we would like, and more expensive than before the pandemic. But according to Trip Advisor, it's one of the few dependably clean/maintained hotels in utica. And we've really tried to find something less expensive. While increasing costs are understandable, we want to emphasize that as you move toward $200 per night, it makes middle income people limit their travel.

Overall mediocre Honestly is what you would expect from a Utica hotel. The bathroom was somewhat dirty, and the sheets on the bed looked like they hadn’t been changed. Other than that the room looked clean. The hotel was nice and clean in the hallways and in the lobby. Breakfast was hot and the coffee was amazing. Overall 3/5 but 4/5 for breakfast

Great location and staff were very friendly. Great location and staff were very friendly. Standard breakfast was adequate, and rooms clean and comfortable. Restaurants were within walking distance. I feel this a good choice after our drive through the Adirondacks. Erie Canal was close by.
