BYOP: bring your own plunger The hotel was clean but is getting dated. The mattress needed replaced; we rolled to the middle. I didn’t really sleep and my back and neck are still killing me two days later. The thing that was irritating however is the toilet backed up as soon as it was flushed- no fault of our own. By the time we discovered the issue, maintenance was gone for the day and they only offered us a plunger to take care of it ourselves. It was useless and we had to go buy one ourselves at 9pm. They were booked up so no other rooms to offer us. We hoped to get some discount at the least or a free stay in the future. Maybe reimbursement for the plunger. They offered us 10k points. Not sure what that amounts to, if we’ll ever have enough points or do enough traveling to use it.

EXCELLENT This is the place to stay if you are near. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It is located only minutes from anything you would need or want. Very clean and easy to get to. I love this place and I stay in motels 3/4 of the year.....

Very nice place to stay Our 5 night stay was very pleasant. Rooms are large and furniture is comfortable. Very clean. Really friendly staff. Highway noise could be an issue without some kind of noise maker for sleep if you are a light sleeper.

Renovation Completed and was Great Stayed her for Bottlerock weekend. The facility had just completed their huge remodel and upgrade. Our room was great. Breakfast area was roomy with plenty of seats. Lot's of selection to get you started on your day. Overall fabulous experience with no complaints.

Nice, enjoyable place to stay. We had a great room, the staff was very welcoming. Breakfast service was outstanding and the location was wonderful! The grounds, the rooms, and surroundings were very pleasing. We went up for a wedding and would recommend this hotel hands down.
