Not worth the money. Very dirty and not kept hotel. Pool and hot tub were dirty and colder than they should be. All the carpets throughout the hotel are nasty, they all should be replaced. Walls, furniture and doors were all dirty and many imperfections. The chairs and curtains need to be repaired or replaced. I think the hotel has potential but as is, not a great place to stay. I’d look elsewhere. The breakfast is ok as long as you don’t have the meat and eggs. The meat looked so old and dry it might as well been jerky. The eggs were dry and obviously old. You would be better off going to Perkins across the street.

Stay somewhere else This is my first review ever on trip advisor. I stayed recently for 4 nights in a suite(unfortunately) . First off the stairs in the lobby looked like they have not been cleaned in months. There were piles of dirt on them the entire stay. Our suite did not look clean. There was a layer of dust on the wall above our beds. There was a lipstick kiss on the mirror (obviously not cleaned). There was stains all over the carpet, patches of carpet missing and even a big burn from an iron. I am okay with wear and tear since families stay here, but I expect things to at least be clean! Even the carpets in the hallway look disgusting. Breakfast was meh. My daughter did enjoy the waffle station. That is the only positive I can give. The pool and hot tub looked dingy. The slide is only open some times on weekends. Kinda misleading when you see pictures of the pool area with a big slide. Stay at the holiday inn for a little more money. It would be worth it. Definitely do not stay in room 200. While checking out the manager Ernie did not even ask how my stay was, probably because he knows the state of this hotel.

Struggled to sleep due to the smell in our room. We went for the pool area, that was ok. The rest of the property was disgusting. Holes in the carpet, and stains everywhere. Our room looked clean but smelled like the inside of a dogs mouth. I also did battle with two fairly large spiders during the stay. I’m giving it a 2 only because the hotel is targeted more at kids, and the kids seemed to have fun both at the pool and making waffles at the breakfast bar.

Do Not Stay I'll start out with the positive. They have a gem of an employee named Jake who works here and the location is convenient and seemed like a nice neighborhood. The pool area is a total scam. I got two emails after booking letting me know that on weekends you can only get two wristbands per room to visit the pool....there were three of us and only one would actually go in so don't understand that logic, especially if your room holds 4 people. The waterslide is only open on weekends for 4 hours and then closes down for 20 minutes every 90 minutes for maintenance. I think the waterslide was a waste of space if you won't allow guests to use it but trick them into booking the hotel with the pictures of it. There was no mention of these special rules or hours on the booking site. The email post booking went to my spam account. The other issue was everytime we left the room, our key stopped working. Everytime we went back we would have to trek downstairs to get a new key. That was so frustrating. Every night we'd have to walk back down. Friday night I asked the front desk for an extra toothbrush but of course they didn't have one, then i went up to my room had to turn around....she was on a personal phone call and then chastised me for probably having my key next to my phone. My key always stayed in my wallet and our world is now a technological one, get a better key if it's going to disengage with technology. I haven't had that issue in years, there are better ways and thanks for blaming me. Breakfast was terrible, nothing to pick from....bring snacks...especially if you have food allergies. I will not stay again, and I know it doesn't seem like it, but I'm not very picky I take all reviews with a grain of salt and know nothing is perfect but this place has some fixing to do. I've lately stayed in alot of hotels and this one didn't come close to comparing to some of the ones I stayed in recently.

Don't count on being able to use the water slide Pluses -- the rooms were comfortable and clean, staff friendly. Breakfast was fine (standard stuff). Convenient location by stores and food options. Minuses --- My biggest complaint is that the water slide is a total gimmick. My kids were really looking forward to it, but the hours that it is open are so limited, we didn't even get a change to use it. So your kids will go to the pool and just have to stare at this cool looking slide that they can't go on. Its only open on the weekends, and even then for limited hours. It doesn't open until 2pm on Saturday, which meant we never even got to use it since we had to be at our wedding by 3pm. Also we needed 2 rooms, and they put us on different floors. Which meant I had to keep running up and down the stairs, which was very annoying. Even if we weren't next to each other, they couldn't put us on the same floor???
