SPA at Four Seasons Vail, Colorado Dear Four Seasons Team, I am a loyal customer who has always appreciated the exceptional service and attention to detail that Four Seasons is known for. This has been the primary reason why my family and I continue to choose Four Seasons for our stays. However, I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at Vail, Colorado location. We were incredibly surprised by the unprofessionalism we encountered at the spa. During our visit, the spa staff asked us to leave with our 12-year-old child, citing a policy they could only explain verbally and were unable to provide in writing. This was confusing, especially since no documentation was available on the premises, and there was no information about this policy on website. Furthermore, we were given conflicting information about the spa's operating hours. One staff member told us it closed at 7 PM, while another said it was 8 PM. After being told to leave, a staff member followed us around to reiterate the policy. This experience felt far below the standard of service we have come to expect from Four Seasons....

Didn’t feel like the 4 seasons It was a beautiful place, nice location, but the communication between the staff was very poor. Either the employees were extremely helpful and kind or the exact opposite. The front desk was all over the place and didn’t give 4 season vibes!

Worst experience One of the WORST dining experiences I’ve ever had, thanks to the unbelievably rude server, Conner. We initially sat at a table where the sun was beating down on us, so we moved to another table. Instead of simply accommodating us, Conner removed all the napkins and glasses from the new table and never replaced them. When we tried to get his attention to fix this, he blatantly ignored us. Then came the disaster with the hot chocolate. He told us it would take 15 minutes, but it showed up **25 minutes later**—to a completely different table! When we asked about ours, he unapologetically said it was given to the wrong table and that we’d have to wait another 15 minutes. No apology, no courtesy, just a rude, dismissive attitude. To top it off, when we ordered a beer at the start of the meal, he completely forgot about it and didn’t even seem to care. And when the hot chocolate finally arrived, it wasn’t even hot! For a place in such a "grand hotel," this was appalling. Conner’s behavior was unacceptable, and the lack of basic customer service was shocking. Learn to treat your customers properly. If this is the standard here, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Recent stay at Four Seasons Vail Incredible stay, wonderful service, staff, amenities. Very friendly and personal service, as a Hotelier working for five star hotels globally I have quite high standards and this property succeeded all expectations. I truly didn't want to leave. It was a fantastic stay all around. The food, room, spa, gym, were all great!

Excellent Experience Absolutely an incredible stay. Property is beautiful and service was exceptional and friendly. Exceeded our expectations. We will be returning next time we stay in Colorado. Close to everything in Vail. We visited for my wife’s birthday and they added so many special touches to celebrate her. Highly recommend.
