Worst hotel in Vail We recently had a horrible experience in Room 113 at the Tivoli Lodge in Vail. Upon entering the room we noticed a huge portable ac unit with an attachment. The woman who brought our luggage said,” this unit stays in this room, as the room, gets too hot. We were perplexed and she then explained that the unit worked by opening the window so the attachment would alleviate the heat in the room. We were dumbfounded by this suggestion. First floor room, window open? I asked, JARED, the night manager about this situation, “. yes, bugs do come into the room because the window is opened.” He also added that some of the hotels in Vail do not even have AC. End of discussion with Jared. The room is dark, small and dated. We left after 1 MISERABLE night and yes we found a gorgeous hotel with central AC for the same price and a professional manager. Run as fast as you can away from the Tivoli Lodge. Also, the edging on the sheets were frayed. A total dump.

Great location Tivoli Lodge was in our opinion the perfect spot in Vail Village. Close enough to the action but tucked away from the crowds. Staff and accommodations were amazing! Definitely look forward to a return trip.

Loved this Lodge!!!! This lodge was prestige! The outside appearance looked just like a lodge with the most beautiful flowers, trees, green lawns to make a beautiful setting. When you walk inside, the Lobby is so warm and inviting. The rooms were decorated very nicely. Very unique and lodge looking light fixtures, well lit, a bar with barstools, kitchenette, large bathroom, very up-to-date and a very large closet for storage. The personnel were very helpful. I loved the resident black lab! Super cuteness! Great location! I would stay here in a heartbeat when returning to Vail. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel! You will not be disappointed!

Great home while in Vail We really enjoyed our two nights in Vail at Tivoli Lodge. The room was large and well appointed with a fireplace, bar and generous bathroom. The front desk staff was laid back and informative. The location is perfect for walking into the village. The vibe was very comfortable. They have bikes available for exporing the area.

Return to our Happy Place! We have traveled the world, and the Tivoli is the one place we can not wait to get back to every Summer. From the minute you arrive you feel welcome and you feel at home. At the Tivoli you are in walking distance to everything in the Village. The Betty Ford Gardens is just a short walk, and always fun to catch a Concert at the Gerald Ford Amphitheater. This visit we drove and brought our bikes and followed the trails just behind the hotel. Could not ask for a more beautiful morning ride beside the Mountain following the stream. Restaurants are all in walking distance, with many options to choose from. The Tivoli is a family owned hotel and they truly make their guest feel like family from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. We have always stayed in a room with a beautiful mountain view to the slopes. The rooms are spacious, always clean, has a mini fridge, microwave, and a fireplace. The back Patio of the Tivoli is the perfect spot to relax and read a book, play travel scrabble, or just enjoy the beautiful view of the mountain and cool breeze. Thank you to everyone at the Tivoli for your outstanding hospitality and another great visit and memories we will cherish. We cannot wait to come back next summer!
