Excellent staff and hotel Very clean. Superior staff. Great offerings for kids and the s’mores are a great added touch. We loved the complimentary champagne as well. Breakfast from the market was delicious. Food by the pool was great as well. We don’t look to go elsewhere and love the Grand Hyatt Vail so much.

Beautiful...!! Great hotel but AC temperature in room wasn't cool.. Our stay was in july and temperatures outside were warm and our room was just as warm too..

Beautiful Resort in Beautiful Surroundings Loved this hotel, it was in a beautiful setting. It’s not far away from the Vail village. Loved the river and path behind the hotel. Pool was on the small side but beautiful nonetheless. The bathroom shower have been better maintained and cleaned but it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever seen. Beds are comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. The food court was actually good but expensive for what it was. The video game room needs more entertainment for more kids at at time. The hotel shuttle to the village is convenient but it doesn’t seem to run too often. It does not meet the same standards as Grand Hyatt Kauai other Grand Hyatt’s I’ve visited. Overall loved the stat and would love to stay again.

Vail at its Best! I can’t say enough how much my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hyatt Vail. We are Hyatt Globalist Members and we would say this was one of the our favorite Hyatt locations. Nestled up against Gore Creek & the mountains was amazing! The views and sounds of nature and the creek were so relaxing! Our visit was in the summer during early August! First time enjoying Vail in the summer.
