Excellent facility. Great location. Very professional staff. It is an excellent facility. Location was perfect. Right next to plenty of shopping and many great dining options. Breakfast was really good.

Not Too Impressed The hotel and grounds are beautiful but they nickel and dime you. $17 a day for parking and $10 a day for a microwave in your room. WiFi was unreliable and room did not have good lighting. We have had better experiences with Marriott.

Excellent Hotel Just Outside of Los Angeles This is a very nice hotel and was relatively inexpensive. It is rated a three-star hotel but it's much nicer than most three-star hotels I have been to. Service was very good, hotel was quiet, room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The only quibble was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow. I would definitely consider staying here again even if it is a little bit outside of LA. This hotel convinced me to switch from being a loyal Marriott customer to a loyal Hyatt customer.

Purse stolen from this hotel My wife had her purse stolen from the Hyatt Regency in Valencia. I've tried to contact their general manager, Clifford Monterrosa, several times, but he has been unresponsive and of no help, and lack any semblance of security. Think twice about staying at this hotel.
