Is a very darn it is a very busy hotel motel is in a bad part of town dark the breakfast that they serve in the morning Let me checking it was late but when we got to the room the phone in the room did not work there was no toilet paper and the next morning breakfast that we were told there was a hot breakfast of Pancakes that we would be able to have there was no pancakes the machine was not working and there's no one at the front desk you can talk to you about it

Terrible Room Conditions We were originally placed in a (non-smoking) room that smelled terribly of cigarettes, appeared to have blood stains on the wall, stained lampshades, a lamp that did not work at all and was plugged in around the corner of a wall, in a closet area. We were moved to a different room that had no TV remote and a dresser drawer that wouldn’t close all the way. Overall poor experience and not at all worth what we were charged.

Very unsafe hotel. Poor quality Hotel was unsafe and very poor room/property. I would not recommend this property. Best Western has many good properties but this is TERRIBLE hotel. Dirty and unsafe.

Excellent Guest Service Extremely helpful staff. Rooms are always very clean. Never had a bad experience and we have stayed here multiple times. Overall a very quiet property considering the location near freeway. The best thing is the water stays hot for a long long time.
