Stay somewhere else... Hotel is old, rooms are small and dated, elevator did not work properly, had to wait 5 min every time we needed to use it for it to reset, got stuck in it twice for over the 5 min reset time, wife is handicapped so stairs were not an option...for what they charge, felt like a ripoff...stay somewhere else, don't stay at this property...

Need Renovated The guest room had partial repairs. Bathroom door replaced but the trim had been cut away but not replaced and repainted for an example. High priced for old building.

Thank goodness it was only for one night pre cruise Great location close to port. Friendly staff. Small, dingy dark rooms with smallest Queen beds I have ever seen. Outdated, cramped bathrooms with windows that do not open. Loud AC. Noise travels in from hallways. Breakfast in dark room in basement with two cereals, stale bread and croissant, and random hard boiled eggs. Bucket on floor to dump undrinkable weak, watery coffee in. Horrible, strong, mold-like smell in lobby as soon as you enter. Stayed here as pre cruise. Thank god only for one night. Should have spent a bit more and stayed at Marriott Pinnacle or other option.

Great location and clean, basic accommodation. Comfortable, basic accommodation in very central location. Easy walk to Canada Place and Gastown snd CF Pacific Centre ( mall). Several eateries nearby. Close to all transport links. Comfortable bed and bathroom had a bath and a shower over the bath. Good quality soap/shampoo. Pod coffee in room. Adequate continental breakfast. Even though we had booked on Booking.com which said breakfast was not included, the hotel offers basic fare to all guests.

Tired old Hotel in Downtown Vancouver Tired old Hotel in Downtown Vancouver, needs paint, needs a lift that is reliable, needs a handyman to fix all those run down areas, such as the entry to the lift!! Money needs to be spent on renovations! Rooms are very tired.
